We have stayed a couple different years here on vacation, prices are fair for services / facilities offered. Sites are mostly sand / gravel but level and good size. A couple miles from town and the dunes. Facilities are all clean and well kept. Owners appear to be making upgrades to campground for better guest experience. Will stay again.

We LOVE coming to Silver Lake RC every year! They are more than accommodating, friendly, and reasonable! With spotless facilities, clean campsites, and no mosquitos!! We always look forward to going and are always bummed when we have to leave. Only a quick 5-10min from the dunes makes this place a perfect spot! WE LOVE YOU SLRC!

Mostly good experience and clean amenities. But the quiet time top flight security guards are annoying. OWNERS, READ THE REVIEWS. 2 people complained about noise and 100 people complained about being policed to be quiet after 11. It's a campground. If you don't like noise, stay home. Sitting around a campfire talking with your family is what it's all about. I understand no music after 11 but no talking around a campfire? Get real.

This is the nicest private campground we have stayed at. The bathrooms were sparkling clean and the sites were so big with beautiful trees throughout the campground. The camp store was stocked with everything you could need. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We will be back. If you don’t have a camper they have tge cutest cottages. Definitely check them out. And they are so close to several family fun spots.

This was our first time staying here and our first time on the dunes. Doesn’t make sense because we live 2 hours away. Everything g about this campground was impressive. Especially the staff and other campers. Everyone had a smile on there face and it was fantastic to see all the kids playing on the campground and riding bikes instead of being glued to a iPad or screen of some sort. Can’t wait for the following year reservations to open.
