RV Park has many long term residents and while our stay was fine, the park could stand a little more attention. Weeds growing in the area of the water, power and sewer connections.

A nice, small, mostly long-term RV park, but with spaces for short term visitors. Easy access to all of Reno and right across the street from Peppermill. Friendly residents. Family owned and operated. Really like this place. No restaurant, but a laundry and bathroom with shower for when you want something a bit larger than your RV shower.

Pulled into a site and was there just a short time and left to go see friends after setting the A/C on 80 since it was in the 99’s when we left. Was gone for a few hours and when we arrived back it was 99 degrees in the RV since the power had gone out. We reset the breaker outside and it ran about 20 minutes and it shut off again. Tried to call the office and left a message. The message said that they were closed, even though the papers that she gave me said that they were open until 7 and it was only 6:00, so went to to office and knocked and even rang the doorbell until someone came and her comment was that it looked as though the sign said closed. Explained to her that the park breaker keeps going out and our RV is 99 degrees and wasn’t paying for this kind of attitude. Asked if someone could come and look at it and she said that she could asked her husband but he probably wouldn’t come down and check it out. Asked about another site and she told us that she didn’t know, but could check in a very nasty attitude again. I went over to the office door and she said I can’t go in that door, again with a nasty attitude. So came back to the RV and the breaker went again, so moved to the other spot that she told me about. Overall, with the management of this park needs to be replaced or adjusted to know what customer service should be. Will not be back. Strongly suggest that you find another place even if you have to pay more money.

Run away from this park. We're here getting our RV fixed. So far, after 10 days the mgt. Finally cleaned the rest rooms, but not before threatening to close the restrooms if the tenants did not clean the rest rooms. At $40.00 a night and just a parking lot this place is a joke. Rent should be $20.00 a night. Men's shower is scalding hot. If you turn the control to very low, it's just very hot.

Great location close to the Reno Sparks convention center. Easy access. Easy exit.

Good for using their dump. $10.

This has to be the worse rv park I've ever used. It's like parking on the street. Cats running around using the gravel area behind the rvs as a toilet. No wifi, people washing trucks(against the rules), dogs barking, yada, yada,Yada. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Can't believe it's AAA and good Sam approved.

Don't stay here! Dirty restrooms and showers (smelled like cigar smoke in addition); lot of long term RVs with lots of junk around the sites.

All you bashers be quiet! I/we have been going there every year or 10 years now. They are very nice people. The grounds are always clean and the bathrooms are clean as well. Yes they do have some permanent residents but they are near the back of the property and seem to keep to themselves. The laundry is clean and the washrooms/showers are not shared, they are clearly marked men & women. It is a convenient downtown location, what amenities do people expect!! It is small, clean and friendly & we will continue to stay there every year for the next ten years
