Dont let the location scare you!! it is a clean park and the owner stays on site with the sheriff next door. The place was clean and the best price I could find around. Wind/solar people this is a good spot.

I called and spoke to the owner, Rob, prior to showing up. He had me a spot ready and was great with communication on how he ran his park. It's nothing fancy but you can't beat his prices. Him and his son were 2 of the most polite people I've ever met. I'll always come back here when I'm working in the area.

If I could give a zero I would. we payed cash the first month. shortly after, my husband got called to Washington for work and left the trailer. I promptly sent him the $400 via cash app on July 9th for the second month. We prior had an initial agreement on $100 per week. My husband drove back and made it the 14th. So we paid $400 for a 5 day stay. he quit responding to my texts and calls back in July. so I'd advise caution to RV goers...BEWARE. Don't give him anything you'd like back. it won't happen shadey, slimey and skeezy. SCUM LORD.

The owner was really awesome. Nice small park. The only issue we had was the neighbors dogs. The barking all morning was annoying and I didn't get much sleep due to this. I grateful my husband slept. I will napping this day.

My husband and I stayed here for the holidays and we were very pleased with the accommodations! The Manager was super sweet and welcoming. We rented the the 5th wheel Rv. It came fully stocked with everything we needed during our vacation, it was immaculate, and smelt amazing... we felt very welcomed! There was plenty of space for our three kids as well which was something only they could offer locally! We will definitely be revisiting!
