Absolutely the worst, I wish I had seen these reviews, they had no managers until a few weeks ago. They now have felons that run the park. They want to give you a background check after serving yrs in the system. Sketchy to say the least as they ride pass your home all day casing the place. They are short fused with their temper and yell and shout whille almost breaking your door. Athena Real estate Jill Alvarado and Jesse Dayton are aware of the situation as well as Marion County Sheriff. Don't patronize this place, until they have competent employees in this place. The Male half runs around yelling it's his park and he owns the place. It is not ADA certified and lacking the necessary lips and ramps for the sidewalks. It is a tumultous situation and a tough neighborhood. Also the office people are extremely rude, probably due to lack of training. Trust me and all the other awful feedbacks, they are all true, wish I seen this sooner. Man in a wheelchair.

This is a wonderful park. The facilities are clean and the property is very well kept. The pool is very clean and warm. The front office staff is very friendly and happy to help. We look forward to coming back and staying here anytime we visit Ocala.

I mistook this park for one up the street we had stayed at years ago, I should have known what was coming the woman in the office had to call me back 3 times over two days to finialize my reservation I won't make that mistake again, very narrow streets difficult for a 40' Class A. the sites are asphalt in poor shape and many of the cement pads next to the sites are broken a potential tire hazard in the making For $135 for two nights I expected a little more. Most of the park is filled with mobile homes or trailers that are there for the duration , many sites have sheds stuck on the end of the site. I literally had to take my Ranger that I pull behind my RV and scout out a way to exit the park, to add insult to injury I received a phone call at 11:15am as I was hitching up my truck in front of the office , reminding me that check out time was 11am. Its not like they didn't have dozens of sites open, not sure what the point was other to motivate me to add this review and never stay there again.

Not worth one star. A dirty pool as well as the surroundings, was told there are no mangers on duty, no excuse for how the complex looks and no handicapped access to the bathhouses, pool and laundry areas. There are no handicapped bathroom/showers in the ladies bathroom. This dump of a RV park has no accommodations for anyone who is handicapped. Also noticed several unsupervised residents pets off leash roaming around.
