My wife and I are snowbirds, and have set up our RV at Silver View RV Resort for the past 5 winters. We come to this Resort every year because we love it here! Great location with a nice view and close to shopping. The office staff and the maintenance crew are top notch. Very clean and well kept. The events coordinator is outstanding and organizes great events for all ages! We feel safe here as there is good security with officers making the rounds. Highly recommend!

Very quiet and clean park with two separate dog runs. One for small dogs and one for big dogs which makes it nice. Friendly staff and always enjoy our stays here!

We are enjoying our stay. Have been here over a month and found this RV resort to be one of the best. Well run and kept up, lots of activities, great amenities, family friendly and close to shopping/restaurants. Beautiful view of the surrounding valley and river from several spaces. Full hookups, spacious sites, nice landscaping with large trees for shade in some areas. My only negative is that RV sites are dirt/gravel with no picnic tables.

I came here October 15th, on day one, I felt very welcomed, my neighbor Kayla helped me back in my motorhome and got to meet a bunch of the nice neighbors, the managers and office employees including maintenance has been from day one very helpful every time I need anything. To see how nice the pools, hot tubs, etc the list goes on. I felt like this is the nicest rv park I ever seen. I immediately asked to make my stay from originally once month I booked to 6 months. We call Silver View home after stumbling on this jewel back in 2021. We started by bringing our trailer and then just leaving the trailer to test the waters. In 2023 we bought a modular home here and in 2025 made it our full time home. We love it here and have made some great friends along the way. Most especially our dear neighbors. Many activities; water aerobics, chair yoga, karaoke 🎤, potlucks, pickleball and an amazing dog park. That’s just to list a few there are so many more activities see the attached calendar Most important we are nestled on a hilltop with amazing views of the mountains and the Laughlin casinos. We can also see the beautiful Colorado River.

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice laundry rooms, pool, clubhouse, small gym, dog park and activities. Gave four stars because the deli, which used to be really awesome is lacking and not consistently open.

Such a nice clean resort. I really appreciate the security at night. The dog parks are well kept and the entire park is kept very clean. We're coming back next year for 3 months. 1 month isn't enough.

This place has the friendliest people around. Nice clean RV park. Nice pool and hot tubs, plenty of activities to keep you busy. Nice size lots. Has some of the best views around. We have been here a year now and love it

Everyone here is so friendly! I love the texts about bingo, exercise classes and so much more, going on all the time. I appreciated that there wasn’t “No” signage all over! Having a Facebook page to stay informed was nice also. The sites are roomy. The pool area was beautiful. Bathroom and laundry facilities are clean. I am definitely coming back next winter.

Love this RV park! This is our second year to visit during the Texas winter. It’s a lovely park with lots of fun things to do at the clubhouse. The individual RV spots are very large with lots of room to spread out. The pool is really nice and the hot tubs are fantastic! Convenient location on the top of the hill. There is always lots of wind in the winter so be prepared.

I don’t know why this place is not full? We have stayed in other parks that cost way more, weather not as good as here. So much to do! Heated pools, wonderful activity director, every kind of restaurant, grocery stores, golf and 10 casinos within 10 min drive. Beautiful views, art, customer service, laundry rooms and on site deli. Cute dog park. The interior roads are paved, (not gravel) great if you are a walker. The spots are wide. My suggestion is to bring a big rug, outdoor table, chairs and leveling blocks because the park is on a slope and they tried to level with gravel but was to deep and oh well we got it level when we found the bottom dirt level. Some spots are gravel and others are sand. If you are a newbie to leveling, there is always someone willing to help if needed just get before you get here. We have to use them several times a year and good to have when needed. I like the fact that the space is not defined by a patio or concrete pad and it is a blank wide space to set up your winter paradise. This is our 2 nd winter here and will be back.

I lived here for 2 years and loved it. It has great views, on-site deli and store, laundry facilities and a great pool. The staff are easy going and friendly.. They also offer mailboxes and an on-site notary...Easy 5 minute drive to almost anywhere, including Oatman & Colorado River, Laughlin and don't miss the petroglyphs on the Nevada side. You'll be amazed and glad you went.

In April 2021 we reserved a park model for the months of March and April 2022. We made our deposit, did our paperwork, and had a background check. We spent the better part of a year secure in the fact that we had a place to stay in Arizona. Last week Silverview pulled the rug out from under us. They informed us (when we called them) that they had sold the park model and would be returning our deposit. What? We never knew that a sale was in the works or even a possibility. So here we are in January, 2022 with no place to stay on our vacation in March and April. At this point it is hard to find a place for March. This is no way to do business. It's no way to treat people! We are very upset and angry.
