its a rundown, unkempt, unsightly dump. There are several rotten and delapitated, old condemned mobiles that should be torn down and removed. The smell of this park is evident of a dump. Whoever owns this mobile home park needs to be more involved in the care and appearance and not just in getting the rent paid and ignoring everything else.
