If you are OK with paying an extra ten dollars the business office will issue you a card which allows you to return to the property (without having to sneak in) via a pedestrian or vehicle gate. If you want a delivery to the property and you have not paid this arbitrary free it must be scheduled during business office hours or your delivery driver will have to sneak in too. How ridiculous AND dangerous!

As full time rv’ers we were made to feel very welcomed. Tons of activities. 2 heated pools. Close to 4 spring training ballparks.

My wife and I have lived here for 3 years now. The facility is awesome. We are here full time and love it. The park is not so large that you are all packed in with limited space. More activities then I ever thought possible. The resort is well maintained and looks great all the time. The people here are very nice and make it a pleasure to be a part of the Resort.

While I am not a resident at the park, I still wanted to leave a rating after visiting. My company sponsored part of the coffee and donuts event the park holds and there was a great turnout. All of the employees and volunteers were very friendly and accommodating, and the sense of community between the residents was awesome. Very clean park and the activities director, Lou, seems like she does a fantastic job entertaining the residents with lots of different events and activities. Thanks for having us!

What a wonderful RV park! Everyone that we encountered was friendly. We did however have a small problem with the water hook up and told them the first time we left for the weekend in hopes to have it fixed before we got back on Monday to stay until Saturday morning. Had a leak on the faucet on site 682. It never got fixed. This is the only place in Mesa that we looked at that would allow us to stay shorter than 2 week's. Everyone else required it because of the pandemic. We will be staying here again the next time we're in the Mesa area.
