I had some business at the Fraser way RV dealership in Prince George and stayed across the highway from them at the sintich RV Park. It was certainly convenient for me but nothing spectacular about it.

What a filthy place to stay. Moldy laundry room and bathrooms. Disgusting trailer trash next to us. Their sewer smelled so bad we had to close up everything. I can’t wait to leave in the morning. Worst place ever!!!! Update your place for God sakes

Office manager & groundskeeper are friendly & helpful people (great people). The Janitor sucks @ his job, my opinion. The Community shower & laundry house, is not the cleanest hf the time 2 ⭐️.

Does not follow rules of being a landlord. Poor behaviour from Carol. Unsure who own’s this place but would really appreciate an owner to reach out to discuss. Someone should not be denied a receipt of payment or a tenancy agreement showing agreement on rent price.

I am absolutely appalled at the way I was treated while attempting to check in. I was ignored, my phone call not answered, someone else was let in and the door shut in my face. Later when explaining to the owner the odd situation I encountered, I was lectured about "some situations in life" needing understanding - when I had no previous knowledge of said situation. This could have been made better had I received an apology and some understanding myself, rather than condescension and a lecture.
