Easy to access from the road. The staff was super friendly and the campground was super well kept. The bathrooms were amazingly clean and had AC!!! Campsites were spacious and also well kept. Ours had the little patio with chairs and a grill, fully loaded with propane. So easy!!!

Sioux Falls KOA Journey is a campground with friendly staff. The washrooms and showers were clean, and there are good amenities like a pool (closed in September as the season was over), playground, and dog park. It’s located right next to the highway, so there can be some noise, but we personally didn’t mind. A convenient and pleasant place to stay that we would return to

This was a pretty park and surprisingly not as noisy as you would have anticipated being near the highway. All the staff that we met there were very kind and helpful during our stay (which was only one night). I already spoke to the staff the morning we checked out and told them my thoughts on the ladies bath house that's next to the office. I hope that they will take that and run with it and possibly have it repaired by the time I post this review. Other than that the facilities were clean as you would expect with a KOA campground and their amenities were all in great shape. Well done staff.

We LOVED our stay. All of the staff was super helpful & friendly- special shoutout to Mike, Brian & Lance ❤️ Our site was level & partially shaded, near the very clean laundry room. There were nice Adirondack chairs by the fire pit, a gas grill & a large table and 4 chairs on a concrete patio. The rest of the site was grass (except the pull thru was gravel of course) We were guided into the site without incident. The campground is right next to the interstate but the road noise wasn’t intrusive (except those trucks that are compelled to engine brake 😑) All manner of shopping and amenities nearby. Will def stay again.

We were greeted with smiling faces from the ladies at the check in desk and then Mike L. guided us to our spot. He was so friendly and helpful! The campground was clean and well shaded in most areas. Bathrooms were spotless and pool seemed well maintained. We weren’t on the highway side of the campground but I can see how that would be noisy for some guests- but, it is a KOA Journey after all— they’re meant to be for quick and easy stops and advertise that they’re close to highways for this reason. The highway didn’t bother us at all and actually made it easy for us to resume our trip the next day. Would recommend!
