It's a nice campground! No hookups. There are outhouses throughout the campground. There's also a pump for water but it does not have a connector for a hose.

When I showed up, there was no camp managers, they abandoned thier post and used the tsunami warning as an excuse. I stayed the night before in Sutton, 2 miles inland, Blackberry is 15+ miles inland. People were fighting over sites, people could not set up camp, and no one could get wood. None of the campers on site knew what happened to the camp managers. This place is a big open field with sub par river access. I did not stay here and I would not recomend it.

Poorly run, no privacy between sites, lots of which barely have room for a tent - they used most of each site for a long parking spot. Several sites would be full sun all day as well. The bathroom kept locking so everyone was half the vault toilet. Camp hosts didn't do much/anything, including not cleaning up the trash at the river, or the RV staying overnight in the day use area. Firepits were no sunk into the ground far enough.

Nice relaxing place. Post manager was so friendly and nice. The bathroom was clean than any other camping place. (No showroom.) So close to the seaside! We went to the seal rock! Only 30 mins. We had such a great time!

I would give this campground 5 stars, but there is 1 exception. The campground is awesome, clean, great parking spots especially if you camp with motorcycles. Bathrooms are very clean, and fully stocked. The only setback, is the major overgrowth of vegetation leading to the river. So it's difficult to get to the river to do any fishing, or any other activity. There are steps and paths leading to the river in several areas, but the boat launch area is quite overgrown on both sides of the launch, and paths leading to the water. If the campground would consider brining in landscapers to bring down that overgrowth vegetation so people can get to the water easier, it would be a 5-star campground. I do hope they consider because we plan on visiting this campground every year.
