We stayed 6 nights in our travel trailer. Site was clean and staff was friendly. We didn't use bathhouse or amenities except the dog park which was huge and very clean. The approach to our site was a little too steep to enable easy disconnect and leveling, but we got the trailer within an inch of level. We'll definitely stay again, but we'll ask for a site with a more level approach.

My family rented both a cabin and the resort for a wedding. The accommodations were absolutely deplorable. The reception hall had not been cleaned or set up prior to arrival. The windows were filthy and swarming with cluster flys. The floors were filthy. The couches were also filthy and should have been moved out of the hall prior to arrival. My family had to clean the hall and set it up, moving all of the tables and chairs out of storage. The worst part was that the mechanics of the building were not functioning. The hall is upstairs (no elevator for the disabled or elderly only a gross chair lift). The bathroom was gross and filthy and located on the first floor as the second floor bathroom was out of order. The HVAC was out of order so the hall was 85 degrees. Most of the windows were frozen shut. There was only one fan to move the air and it was so loud we had to place it outside the window and push air into the hall (but only on one end of the hall). The Bride was forced to use their caterer who supplied dry chicken and pork and burnt potatoes. The caterer does not clean up the dishes and claimed they were missing silverware and napkins. NOT ONE of the guests would have stollen their Walmart silverware or napkins. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE FOR ANY EVENT YOU WANT TO BE SPECIAL.

Decent place to stay for a very short period of time. The people that live here full time are not people you want to associate with. Talk to them too much they will start asking for favors (I.e can you give me ride to Walmart, can you give me a ride to the gas station for beer and cigs, and some odd requests like can you drive me up the street to pick up my “medicine” I had a friend pick it up for me and they have it at their house but they can’t bring it here to me). The lady at the front likes to bring her Pitt Bull with her to work which makes it extremely uncomfortable to go into the office to get your packages, she doesn’t leash her dog when inside or outside the office. So be sure not to try walking your dog when she is outside with her pitt bull because the dog doesn’t listen to her at all. If it wants to attack you or your dog there is nothing she would be able to do. The rules explicitly state “DOGS MUST BE LEASHED” I guess this excludes the employees. 🤷♀️ good luck I hope your stay isn’t as uncomfortable as mine.

Hello If you plan on visiting don’t. Poor quality of chalets. Promises of things such as hot water and operating hot tub not met. Sorry I spent my birthday there. Owners not accommodating. Find another site to enjoy !

The chalet we stayed in had a very strong sewer smell every time the water was turned on. We couldn’t even take showers or wash our hands. We just decided to leave. I complained about it and I was given a free night with assurance it wouldn’t happen again and it was just as bad. It was disgusting. The staff was very friendly though. I was excited about taking the boys out on the pond but once we arrived we learned the pond was laughably small. The golf course was closed. The pool was nice, many of the chairs and umbrellas were broke. Though. They have a very small fenced in area where my kids got to pet some animals………….. the best part of our stay was the pool. Nothing much more than that.
