We booked 2 nights during our visit to Glacier, but 1 was plenty. The campground is near the highway but very quiet. Before we even had the camper hooked up dogs were snooping around, they were seemingly from a “semi-permanent” camper parked next to us as the owner called them by name and got them to leave us alone. We had decided to move on the next morning when we went outside the full trashcan next to our lot had been emptied all over the ground. Do with this information what you will, but we passed plenty of nicer campgrounds closer to the park on our way to this one.

Terrifying packs of dogs running loose from a nearby neighborhood . I watched then slither under a fence to get in. Very dangerous to walk your own dog on a leash, for fear of them being attacked. Also scary to sit outside at a picnic table. Run down facilities as well.

The camp site was not bad. I pulled in and up away from the tree limbs, but something got on the van in the middle of the night and scared us good. Looking out our windows in the pitch black night we didn't see what it was. Something got in the trash barrel and pulled my empty pizza box out. Anyways, the dude that checked us in was nice. The showers were clean and well maintained. If we come back this way I would try to park in spot 10. The photo we took was the view from spot 10.

No sewer hook up, but we knew that when booked. Small park with about 10 spots with hook ups. Near rodeo arena and Blackfoot Indian Center. Also close to Glacier park. Had a great time.

I did see a few stray dogs come into camp but they were not aggressive toward our dog. One was so pretty. Took site 10 to hunker down for the night. Very quiet here. Sure, the trash can is overflowing, but I don't care. 30 amp worked great. The folks in the office were cool and helpful. All in all, it was a great night under the clouds and stars. My phone data works fast from Cricket.
