This appears to be a marvelous place for kids in the summer. Unfortunately, we arrived in October, but it was still pretty. We were given a long pull through with power and water for $32, which is a Passport America price. My only concern was the severe amount of security. We had to sign and send back 2 waivers and proof of rabies for the dog before they would accept our reservation. To get in or out of the campground, you had to go through railroad gates which were operated by bar codes. However, they didn’t have any golf cart police so maybe they were just protecting the summer kids.

Me and my new husband chose Sleepy Hollow Lake as our wedding venue. The staff was amazing! The cabins and campsites were so nice, clean, and well taken care of. They treated us so well and were so incredibly helpful! I love this location and will be back in the future. Thanks to them for everything!

Have been camping here for a couple years now, and I have to say the site we have this weekend is the best. We are by the new cabins and it is by far the most secluded area, but most attended to as to detail. I would definitely recommend these sites or the gazebo sites by the lake to anyone who wants to have the best campground experience ever. I can not say enough for all of the staff as they are the friendliest and most professional I have ever dealt with.

So honestly, I do not understand some of the negative reviews I read before we went to Sleepy Hollow recently.... I've lived in Buffalo my entire life, even was friends with & hung out at my friend's family's house that's always been down the street from Siehl Rd.... the road that leads to the Sleepy Hollow entrance, I just never had actually been in it except for one very short visit many years ago. (around 25-30 yrs ago) ....OMG has it changed since all them years ago & WAY BETTER!! Me, my wife & granddaughter stayed in a Red Oaks cabin mid-August time & it was BEAUTIFUL 👌🏼💯 A/C worked perfectly (best to use remote control attached to the side of A/C) and for a 47 yr old Marine Corps veteran that has 5 degenerative discs along with a spinal stimulator put in October '24; the mattress for 2 nights was actually okay 👍🏼 One problem.... Hot water was pouring out the bottom of the cabin but let me tell u.... IMMEDIATELY after we let the staff know about it, it was FIXED. We didn't even need to worry about moving. 😊 I couldn't wait to leave a review. We even got our deposit back the same day too. So for those looking for a place to either rent a cabin, park ur RV or camp with tents, I promise you Sleepy Hollow campgrounds is worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👌🏼💯 And we are most DEFINITELY planning an even bigger group trip to rent cabins again 3 to be exact, lol) to have ALL 4 grandchildren, kids & their families come with us 🫶🏼 .. we already can't wait 🤭

Our first visit to sleepy hollow. We booked a premium patio site and it was beautiful. And the view of the pond from it was great for my morning coffee view. Staff was friendly, campground was clean. Lots of activists for free like kayaking and mini golf which is not always the case everywhere. Beautiful playgrounds and pool area. My only down were the rest rooms. The showers were cold, the water would not heat up. I walked to others and another canker said it’s like that every weekend. And I wish they had doors instead of curtains because sometimes kids get curious and can easily open a curtain on you while they are in front of the toilet stalls. Another thing were the golf carts and cars they were going a bit faster than they should. But overall it was a very nice campground. My kids enjoyed themselves.
