They have power problems. Voltage drops real low during hot days when usage goes up. Not good for your a/c units.

It’s my first year here and love all the dinners, dances & activities they offer. The management team and other guest make it very fun.

They never answer the phone, Office is always close and finally when you find a person they are so rude like rude. Attitude to the FULLEST. If you do not want to deal with people or answer simple questions. DO NOT WORK THERE!! Do not rent or buy lots from them. Whenever you want to sell, they have the 1st saying and want to buy it from you so cheap. If someone does not like you or you have a disagreement with an old tenant, FORGET IT. DRAMA ALL OVER 24/7. Nasty service.

Our Winter Texans are the people we always wait for here in the south. Where their presence brings forth support to those around us in buisness and personal. Great atmosphere and compassionate people. Highly recommend. --Robert

Not sure where to start. Just finished a 6 month workamper job here as clubhouse cleaners. When we arrived in October we almost turned around. It appeared very unkept. Shortly after the landscape workers arrived and got it into presentable shape. Website lues a bit. No horshoes, no water excercise. Pool is really too small for this. Activity director only interested in money making activities. No organized golf group Will not return. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is for the people (fellow workampers) we met here. Most of whom also will not return.
