So I went to this horrible place. Had to leave club med in midtown. Couldn't even park before the dude runs in my way. Yeah I was in the military once... So I ask for a refund as I drive away to another RV spot. God knows I love a good refund. But I'm tired of businesses here in Lincoln Co that give them to me. Ohal and this was her reply. The way that that entire situation was handled was completely uncalled for. You do not threaten my staff with running them over when all he was trying to do was assist you, which is what he is supposed to do. That is his job. I will contact my bosses to find out if I will be able to give you a refund as we do not typically do refunds on monthly sites.

This RV park is so beautiful and clean, has large tree's that give plenty of shade the bathrooms and showers are super clean also the laundry room is nice. Even though we only stayed one day it was great and a big shout out to Cassidy and Joe they were great

After a few vehicle mishaps along the way, this turned out to be an awesome trip! Ms. Donna, Mr Joe and Mr Ron were beyond amazing! Even with multiple breakdowns and trailer leaking like a faucet, they helped us connect with an equally amazing group of campers that helped us restore water and power during the trip. It was great to come to a place where everyone made you feel welcomed and like you were family. I can’t imagine staying anyplace else in Ruidoso. The entertainment was phenomenal. The young lady who sang on Saturday had the voice of an angel. We thank you with all our hearts for your kindness, help, and friendship. I look forward to our next trip back to Slow Play.

We spent the month of June at Slow Play RV Park. We thorougly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Our site was at the back of the park, which made for a nice and quiet site. In site 23, you can park in site 24 since it isn't used for an rv spot. That also made it a great spot for having our 2nd vehicle. The entire staff is very friendly, even remembering our name. They made us feel welcome, and a bit like family. The office/store has some cute things for sale. The park is well kept and clean. The bathrooms were clean on the few occasions I went in. There are a few washers and dryers on site. There are some pieces of exercise equipment, along with dumbbells. There is a nice gathering area with card tables, couches, TV, books. At the front of the park, they have benches and swings that overlook the the mountain across the highway. We really enjoyed sitting there watching the traffic go by and watching the mountain green up from recent rains. I recommend this park.

This place is the place you picture when you’re ready to retire with a view! Park is quiet, patrons are polite, the workers are ready to help! Big Shot out to Ron!! He had us follow him to our spot than assisted my husband in the sweaty (usually ends in an argument) pull through process and lining everything up!! We felt welcome and the view was beautiful! Thank you!! We will be back!

Convenient location. Staff is very accommodating. Bathrooms were clean. We were there for Memorial Day and the had a BBQ and live music. Awesome time. They escort you to your spot and help with getting backed in. Pet friendly!! Would recommend.

This is a beautiful park. Gorgeous mountain view out the front. The park is dog-friendly, and the amenities are pleasant. Our cellular internet worked fine, too. This was a great location to get to some great spots, particularly Grindstone Lake and Rio Grande Grill and Tap Room. (We also trekked out to Capitan to see Smokey's resting place!). Check out our full review on YT (TK n Earl).

Awesome staff!! Great RV park, quiet and pleasant. Also has RV dump station. A very nice experience. A must stop if you're in the area. You'll be glad you did.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!! I have family that visits that area a few times a year. They recently found it more cost effective to buy and travel with an RV. Thinking it might even be more pleasurable. However, this particular park has put a terrible taste in their mouth, so to speak, for that life style now. In March, they invited me to go along on their first adventure since i use to be an avid RV camper. I decided it might be fun to go along so I did. Let me tell you! I was so embarrassed by your parks behavior that I kept apologizing for you! I was a little shocked that we were forced into finding our own space and parking ourselves to begin with but no one was in the office. Then the next day when we were not found and greeted by anyone, I figured I'd make my way to the office since we needed supplies anyway. Still, the office was locked down with no one in site. Now later on, I did witness a woman (I'm assuming to be the Mgr or Owner) screaming at an elderly man. Then a Police Officer that seem to come out of no where to yell at the elderly man also! The poor man was just standing there looking appalled! I waited patiently until they were done so that I could speak to them but was shunned and ignored! Sooooo, by talking to some of the park neighbors, that was the park Mgr and her husband. They said her name was Lori and that the behavior I witnessed was normal around there for her when she could be found and that since she had taken over the park, the office never gets opened! That was the ONE & ONLY time I seen her and they were right! I never witnessed the office opened the whole time I was there! We will NEVER make the mistake of visiting this establishment again as long as they continue to have people like that working there!

One of only 2 or 3 RV parks worth staying at in the Ruidoso area. New owners are doing a great job. Sites big enough for the largest rigs. Not full of permanent residents like many parks in the area,

Nice lots for large coaches. My only complaint was that all of the trash containers were at the front of the park. Other large parks place dumpsters conveniently around the park. Then they collect the bags on their gulf cart once a week. I hated picking up after my pets and having to walk the entire park to through it away. Other than that it's a nice park

Date: Early April 2021. The folks who run/own this RV Park are very nice. They took us to the campsite and helped align us. This is a nice touch, not done enough, IMO. The RV Park itself was real nice. Lots of tall tree with plenty of clearance & offering lots of shade. Our spot had a natural sloped, but each site is leveled off. This creates nice 'distance' between you and your neighbor Our spot: Had a nice picnic tables & plenty of shade, pine needles The RV spot was level & stone Hooks ups were easily accessible / well maintained The Internet was Strong We stayed 3 nights, and will be back for sure.
