Smith and Morehouse Campground

This was our first year coming to Smith and Morehouse campground and we will definitely be making it a tradition! We are obsessed with camp hosts Deb and Del, you can tell they put their heart and soul into making it a good experience for everyone staying. My kids couldn’t get enough of their fairy garden and the hosts’ darling personalities added to the magic. The campground and bathrooms were clean and well taken care of, and the hosts were accommodating when we had questions and needed help with anything. Excited to come again next year!!

My parents have been coming 65 plus years, our family keeps growing. We do a family trip every year make memories. The camp host Deb & Del are such amazing host we love them so much. We enjoy talking to them, they take such great care of the camp ground and all the people. The fairy garden is a dream, kids love it. We feel like home when we go camping. Love Emily Francis. Update just did a solo trip, loved it. Deb and Del, Jona are amazing camp host, take such great care of the place. Always checking up on campers, love the fairy garden. They added more stuff even a lot of lights. So beautiful! 🤩

We had the fun opportunity to check out the Smith and Morehouse Campground earlier this summer, and had such a great experience I wanted to get on and say as much. The camp hosts were the best I've had thus far. They noticed our arrival, came promptly to introduce themselves and make sure we knew what we needed to know about the campsite. Deb and Del were kind, helpful, clear, and direct. They kept things clean and were easy to find when we needed them. I highly recommend checking it out. Wonderful area, and if you have the blessing of having the same camp hosts that's a major bonus.

It was an awesome and beautiful place! The campground was spotless! The camp hosts, Dell and Deb, are truly wonderful and caring people who go well beyond their regular duties to help everyone there! My grandson, who is 5, caught his first fish, a beautiful rainbow trout. Which we all helped eat at dinner. The reservoir is beautiful, clean, and pristine! Wood is expensive at $9.00 for 6 or seven medium-sized logs; it is best to pay half-price in Oakley or Kamas. Finally, the water was not turned on, which caused some issues, but vault toilets worked and were clean despite the campground being totally packed. Which reminds me, the campers, their kids, and dogs were all friendly and quiet. One group of mostly young guys was pretty loud at times, but not after dark. All in all a great time for all!

My sister and I share a Birthday so we wanted to go to the perfect campground with our whole family. The camp hosts Deb, Dale and Jona were so nice and accommodating. The camp ground was clean, bathrooms were great. Deb and Dale invited our kids to come see the fairy campground and it was magical. If you are looking for a good time and want amazing hosts this is the camp ground for you.
