New owners took out showers without even offering a different solution, making a few tenants without a place to shower at all.the closed the main dock down so they can use it only.they kicked out all the tenants with just a 30 day notice.shut down the whole other side so there was no place to run the dogs anymore.shut down the firing range.closed the bathrooms next to the dock for some reason.took the chickens and locked them up and only they can get the eggs now.cant fix the water problem and the water is brown and toxic it even will ruin your clothes when you wash in it.shut down the little dock and told residents to use the ramp 2 miles down river which leaves some screwed on getting there boat in and out..they have violated the rights of theys good ppl and don't give 2 shits about it.in my and a lot of other ppl opinion theys ppl are exactly the type of ppl that are ruining oregon and it's economy.i wouldn't spend one more dime supporting theys ppl and they have that IDC I'm better than you attitude and they make me mad and sad to have watched this all go down.dont support theys ppl and send them back to Nevada in the city where they belong..

Great place if you like seclusion. No cell or WiFi service. But there are alpacas, chickens, and ponies. If you have a rod and reel you can even fish.
