I don't know if it's because I'm sick, but I couldn't taste the food. But my brother said it's the best he's ever eaten. so I'll give it another chance and come back again thank you!

The service was top notch. Front of house and back of house staff were welcoming and went above and beyond for other customers. Now the food ….. NO SEASONING AT ALL!!! Couldn’t eat my pinto beans OR my 1/2 chicken. The chicken was tough as booth leather , barely warm, and tasted like bland old rotisserie chicken. The pinto beans tasted like nothing. And my potato was so well done there wasn’t even any inside potato that was edible. The bbq sauce in the red bottle was AWESOME! This was my first time here, $60 for me and my husband for below average food….. I won’t be coming back. My husband and his family have been coming here a long time and he is saddened bc he said Joe is the nicest man he’s ever met.

This is a place you don't want to miss if you're just traveling through Oklahoma. Smokin Joe is a legend and an extremely real person. He actually took time to stop while working with his tractor and talked with me. If you're local you are doubly blessed to enjoy good barbecue and good company. After we ate he actually came up and asked how we like the food and you know what just that moment of time that he spent being kind and being a real person and very humble I was so glad that we had stopped there. Is kindness will not be forgotten And his barbecue is absolutely one of our favorites.

Truly the best barbecue I’ve ever had! Ample portions, and quick service. I tried the pork ribs which were huge and perfectly cooked and the smoked bologna, which was sliced the a thick slab. They had two types of barbecue sauces on the table, spicy and regular if you want to add sauce. I found the meat so flavorful, it was unnecessary to do so. The two meat plate came with two sides and Texas toast. Be aware, although excellent, the French fries are battered, so not good for a gluten free diet. The black eyed peas were a little soupy for my preference. My friend had the ribs and pork loin along with fried okra. The batter on the okra was light and not greasy. We drove up from Dallas to sample the barbecue and after tasting the meals we decided it was definitely worth the 2 hour drive and we would do it again!

Locally owned BBQ hot-spot featuring all the smoked meats and a long list of house made sides & desserts. Ordered a smoked half-chicken plate with potato salad & wedge side salad and a ribs plate with a baked potato and fried okra. All aspects were fresh and to temperature. We finished off with a blackberry cobbler and peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. The toast was awesome, and I love the unlimited pickles & raw onions.

Nice EV park, easy in and out. Reasonable. Internet was very spoty and no service in the evenings off and on. Barbecue meat was delicious sauce was very sweet. We would stay the night again.

Thank you Joe! You're place was great. We were only there for one night, but we'll come back. #sttontheroad

Quiet place even though it's behind the BBQ place

Love this place. The atmosphere and the beauty of this place is really nice. Extremely clean. My husband stays here and we visit often. Just wish it were kid friendly. Nothing but a basket ball goal for the teenagers to play. Need to add some swings for kids..
