A good size park, right off of I-15, with many RV sites as well as tent sites and cabins. We were on a pull throu full hook up site. The best thing was the service. At check in the gentleman was friendly and professional. In spite of being super busy (seversl check-ins and phone calls) he took the time to show us on the map a lovely path downtown that goes around the Snake River, the Idaho Falls, and a little Japanese garden. Additionally, when we needed to shorten our stay unexpectedly, we found out that the ataff answers the phone long after office hours (until 10pm). They were very flexible and refunded our extra day except for $10. The sites were tight and not quite leveled. But they are organized in alternating directions, so you end up with your front door facing your neighbor's front door, and your sewage facing that of your neighbor on the other side. We appreciated that! The bathhouse is outdated and could use some TLC. The laundry facility is open (password protected) 24/7 and there's a coin machine there. There's a playground, basketball court, an outdoor chess game, a dog park, a pool and a hot tub. There's a train nearby that can be heard in the evenings, but didn't keep us up at night. There is a mixture of long term and short term RV sites, but we were not bothered by this at all.

The manager was super friendly and helpful, and found us a convenient spot for our camper. The bathrooms are clean. The park is close to I15 - so it's easy to get to - but far enough away that the traffic noise isn't a problem. We'll stay here again for sure

This RV park is very poorly managed. There are several loose dogs and cats that are allowed to run free and pee and poop wherever they want, including other peoples RV sites. This included employees pets, and friends of employees that have “special privileges”. When I walked my dog, I always had to watch out for dog poop everywhere. Dogs are also allowed to continuously bark all day with no consequences either. The Manager refuses to do her job and call Animal Control when people complain about loose animals, especially dogs. So if you like barking dogs and “dog and cat pee everywhere”, then this is the park for you. It is also very noisy, with lots of loud vehicles with broken exhaust systems that people are too stupid and lazy to get fixed. Any complaints to Management will fall on deaf ears. The new manager is clueless and has only been there for like 4 months. The previous manager, Heather, was much better to deal with and was more professional, however she did not care about the loose dogs and cats either, and would also refuse to call Animal Control. Management is also too cheap to replenish and maintain the gravel on the roads properly, so it is very dusty, especially when it is windy. It is a dust bowl. The Laundromat is always dirty as well. Do yourself a favor, and find a better, cleaner, and quieter RV Park. Unless you like seeing and smelling cat and dog pee and poop everywhere, including your own site.

I gave rooms (sites) a 4 as they are not paved but they are level and easy to accommodate. The girl in the office was awesome on the phone and offered to stay past 7 if we were going to be a little late. She was friendly and kind. It’s a nice park. It is not a resort, so don’t go expecting that. The facilities were clean, nice play area for the kids. The fertilizer silos are no big deal and are not seen from every site in the park. Nice green grass and trees. Easy on and off I15 and a great nightly rate. Given the opportunity we would definitely stay again.

Ok I'll do the pros first: pretty grounds with lush green grass, nice playground for the kids with really pretty wildflower garden, nice little pool and hot tub, cool outdoor chess set, nice little dog park, good RV park price. And now the cons: the bathrooms are NOT clean. Ever. Even right after "cleaning" in the mornings. There's cobwebs in the corners with dead bugs that have never been cleaned, there's loads of dead bugs still on the counters left over from the night before, and the showers need repairs to the tile falling apart. The sites ARE a little close together, but we were lucky in that we had an open space next to us. The park is across from a fertilizer plant, and is behind a bar. Those things didn't bother us too much, it was really the bathrooms. The bathrooms need personnel to clean them multiple times a day, and it needs to be *thorough*. They also need to be updated. But for $50 a night I guess you get what you pay for.
