I am happy to report that we have new management. Many improvements have been made, and I have hope that there will be many more improvements. I intend to stay here at Snow to Sun. I'm looking for a new home to be placed on a different site. My current home will be sold as a 'fixer-upper.' It has great potential, but I am not physically capable of doing it.

We have stayed here before and it seemed much better in past. It was clean but things needed some upkeep and fixing. Communication with the office staff needs improvement. We were in a big 5th and parked and a.worker in a golf cart came next to us as we parked,he didn't say a word, then 2 days later.the office told us we.parked wrong!. I understand they have management issues. But the residents there were very nice and informative

Third winter down here. Two years in our 5th wheel toyhauler. Now we own a park model really enjoy living here!! The people are friendly. I love the pool. We have water exercise and regular exercise in winter. We have dances 4 times a week. Mon,Tues. Thurs,Fri 3:00-4:30. Bring we're only drinks and snack. Always fun visiting with people there even if you don't dance alot.

I wish I could give negative stars. First in fore most management is rude. It changed and the lady there is extremely rude, management has made it clear they are greedy and don’t want workers to help the residents. I wish that they interviewed every resident to ask what it is really like. My great grandparents were sad that they laughed and drove the only person who would go above and beyond for the rv park AND dedicated years of work to quit. A law suit or an investigation will serve the right. The workforce is not a joke and it takes people with good work ethic to care for the elderly such as my great grand parents. Don’t understand how they have 4.1 stars. I will continue to post until something is done.
