We had the best time staying here! The cabin was very neat and clean when we arrived and contained everything we needed for a long weekend! I loved the detailed instructions provided throughout the cabin for everything and thought the information binder that was put together was awesome!! The location of the cabins is great as we were able to drive to local state parks within a matter of 10-20 minutes. When we weren’t enjoying the local parks, we enjoyed the cozy hot tub and playing basketball/football on the grounds! Our cabin was super cozy and comfy and we’d definitely stay here again! :)

Our first time here and we enjoyed the cabin! Everything you need is thoughtfully placed in the cabin. Great location, close to so many things to do and see as well. Easy drive from eastern NC! Already looking forward to our next trip with the camper!

If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful place you have come to right place. The cabin we stayed (Mallard) in was perfect for us. Didn't spend much time in it because we were exploring the area, but it was clean and comfortable. Very nice area but will need to drive 20 minutes or more for restaurants (could cook at the cabin but who wants to do that when on vacation?) but that was expected when in the mountains.

Had an amazing weekend here! The arrival process was very easy, with guided help getting to and in our site from the sweet owner Rodney, then a warm welcome from his wife Amy at check-in. Facilities were very nice and clean. Stayed at site 4, perfectly level with a nice firepit! We will definitely be back!
