The location is good for visiting Teton NP, and the night skies are beautiful at the campground. Sites are huge with nice views. Price seems very high considering there are no amenities. Gravel is fine.. but the weeds were out of control.

Very quiet, serene RV park. Full hookups, Wifi and pet-friendly. Spots are spacious with spectacular views. Close to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. We have parked here once a year for six years. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful place! The view is just awesome. Full huck ups, free wifi. Huge lots. So quiet and beautiful. There is no bathhouse and no laundry.

Jon and Lorraine were great to work with and the sites are huge with a firepit, bench and picnic table. Quiet and great views. Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting Dubois, WY.

We spent a long weekend at Solitude. Immediately this became a favorite. The spaces are large, you don’t feel like you’re right on top of your neighbors. It’s quiet and peaceful. We will absolutely return.

Great owner, Mr Bill, Korean War Aviation Veteran. It is self help setup, no office, no amenities and some confusion on how and who checks you in. No camp host or anyone living on the grounds. The guy who lives nearby that oversees the operations, grounds and picks up trash daily can be found via phone and passes through a couple times a day. Reason I gave a 3 star is it is off the road a ways, rock road was decent but the plumbing hook up and water pressure was not good. The sewage ground connection was easily 6-8 inches above ground and located at the back of the lot. Water pressure even with the adjustment valve never increased, very weak, low flow. Nice fire pits. Had field mice get in the rig, gave my cat something to do while out exploring Jackson Hole, the must see Tetons and Yellowstone National Parks. Dubois is a neat town with a great VFW and a little east of town an awesome Military Vehicle Museum

Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe the beauty of this campground. So perfectly named Solitude- it feels like your deep into the country just off of the highway. A walk up the trails gives you a perfect view from the top! They provided us with firewood and the manager came by to personally make sure we had everything we need. Absolutely perfect!

Such a quiet and peaceful setting. Good wifi, large sites. No shade but not a concern for us this trip- too busy! Fishing, hiking, beautiful drives and not too far for a day trip to Grand Tetons, or Jackson Hole.

This campground was such a nice surprise, love the scenery and how quiet it is. A hawk flew overhead and gave the classic western call. It was loud and awesome! We I almost wish that I had terrible things to say so this place will stay private so we can stay again. It isn’t a resort but we didn’t want that kind of crazy anyway. Solitude is a great name and we really loved our time here.

Made it to our site and was instantly amazed by the view. Set up camp and Eric the caretaker stopped by to offer me a 50 amp converter, which I needed. He then gave us the low down on all the happenings in Dubois that weekend. Love that little town. Views and hiking were great just at the campground. Big sites and big night skies. Can't wait to get back.
