We visited for fall ball. Perfect weather and the crowd was small due to be off season! Wasn't a lot of places open during the week. We stayed for 7 days but I think 4 days would've been enough this time of year! We loved it!

Spend a beautiful night here in late September. The picture of the camp sight is sight number 118. It is right next to a cliff overlooking the lake, and was an excellent location for adult, though I would be worried about having children around with the close proximity of the drop off.

We stopped in to check out the park while visiting the island. We did not camp, so I cannot comment on that. You can get some nice views of Lake Erie. There is also a small beach for swimming. There are picnic areas and shore fishing. We saw some yurts on the hillside, these are rentals. Kayaking and canoeing around the island is also a popular activity.

Camped 2 week nights on tent only site #123. Site was wonderfully situated along the water front. Will definitely reserve this one again. Restrooms and showers were very nice and cleaned frequently. Staff at front shop was friendly. Campground was clean. Access to boat ramp and dock, nice playground.
