I cycled in from Sussex and the owner came over for a chat. In the course of the conversation he found out I was riding across the country for charity and donated the use of a campsite for the night. The campground is super clean and neat and the staff are all very friendly. The store covers some basic snack and there’s a small selection of bottled and canned alcoholic drinks available. One really nice touch is that the picnic tables are all practically new, so very usable. Many thanks to owner Marc and front counter manager Dauphin!

Great campsite close to main town of Shediac, and Parlee Beach. Mostly seasonal people but all friendly and accommodating of the one nighters. We were there a week and enjoyed the walking trails behind the campground with a private gated access. Parlee Beach was fantastic and only a short 5 min drive into the provincial park...but arrive before 10am in peak season. We also stayed on night in their unserviced site which was also good.. large RV friendly and grassy parking. Serviced sites have a good and well maintained pedestal for hook ups. Only downside was our neighbors who had 4 young adults traveling with them. The partied hard the day they arrived which was a weekday, and we both work in our RV, so the loud music was disruptive. They also used the campground itself as their personal toilet, despite the campground facilities being right next to their site. I have videos which I won't post. They also burned all their garbage including plastic which smelled toxic. They also moved the picknick table right under our bedroom slide and despite their late night partying they were up early talking. I was going to complain until I realized the parents were modeling this behavior:(. I'm only mentioning this because after 5 years of camping this is the first time I've seen most if not all the campground rules being broken and no one complained about it that I know of. With this campground's location and well maintained property it would be a shame to have this incident damage the reputation of this nice Campground.

Our Family Reunion this year (2022) was held at South Cove. We organized a Golf Tournament also. The facilities were perfect and the staff was friendly and help us put it all together. We ordered food from the nearby Pizza place. All in all, it was very enjoyable and everyone had fun. Julia Gautreau

I love South Cove Campground. The shower and bathroom facility finishings are first class and kept very clean. The tent sites are cozy and lots of sites for trailers. For me, being near Main Street is convenient for coffee, meals etc. The very large deck and seating is a plus for live music and potlucks. And a few minutes away is the warmest ocean water, a must to enjoy.
