The new management is fabulous! Restrooms, laundry, ice machine, and dog park were kept clean and serviceable. It was fun to see the dogs run in the park; they loved it! The staff went out of their way to make everyone welcome and comfortable in their stay. Marysvale is the best location to ride utvs in the area. Thank you so much! We are already booked for next summer!

We stayed for a week early in July this year, we were on a week long vacation with friends, primarily off roading in the area.. our spots had nice shade trees and full hook ups, spaces were a great size for our big trailers and toys, I could see the weeds were a bit ahead of the grounds keeping crew, but they were working on it while we were there. Small store had the basics, although I would have spent more $ had they had more sizes of shirts and such... they have bag ice in a freezer, available 24hrs super reasonable prices, on the honor system... that is a great touch.... thanks!! Over all nice place, great local for what we do, we will certainly come back again

We are visiting from southern California. Our first visit to South Forty RV Park. We rented a cabin. It was beyond our expectations. Everything was perfect. Very clean and cozy. Close to off road trails. We will definitely come back.

Weeds all over. Unable to use designated fire pits due to overgrowth of weeds and the risk of causing a fire. Tall weeds also good breeding ground for mosquitoes which were TERRIBLE. Mosquitoes not their fault but I feel if the weeds were taken care of mosquitoes wouldn’t have been quite as bad. Camped previously before change of ownership and campground was very well taken care of and no weeds. They’ve let this place go!

Large RV Park with plenty of space on level graded surfaces. We stayed in spot #75 facing highway 89. The views from this site are 180 degree of grassy fields with field sprinklers shooting water across the mountainous background. The southwest view of the snowy peaks of Mt Belknap to the northeast view of green mountain range leading to Monroe Peak. You are close to the highway so if the moderate sound of traffic passing by bothers you choose the other end of the park, I personally enjoyed watching all the different passer byers. Ice was cheap, Office had great trail maps of the area and the owners were great. Our Wifi went in and out, we were the furthest distance in the park (makes sense) however Wifi extender would most likely do it. I would give 5 stars but I didn't agree with the charge for the ATV Wash. My thought is... charge a fraction more for the site and make it inclusive? Stays over 3 days free wash? Make an item purchase in store and receive free wash? Post a review and get a comped wash? Just food for thought. All in all, great place, location and pricing was not out of line.
