In town due to work/little relaxation time and we couldn't have picked a better place! Pristine property and amenities, friendly people, and the sweetest staff! We will be staying here anytime we're in the area!

VERY expensive but a true resort feel. Close to the beach so expect it to be crowded during the season. Open 4/15 to 10/31.

The Resort was exceptional, and the campers we encountered there were very friendly. We made a last-minute call to request an additional night at the beginning of our stay, and the staff was exceedingly courteous and accommodating in facilitating that request. We even had a contact person since we would be arriving later than most, who we called to assist us in locating our site. The resort features a pleasant pool area and a pond designated for catch and release fishing. Additionally, there is a beach area at the end of the pond, complete with a volleyball court. It is a notably tranquil RV resort; however, we were still out later than the designated quiet hours while being respectful, and we did not receive a single complaint. During our stay over the 4th of July, the RV resort hosted an excellent band by the pool on the night of the 4th, accompanied by a parade the next day that featured numerous military veterans and other campers celebrating our freedom. The power was out for a few hours, which I could understand given the large RVs drawing full amps to stay cool in the heat, but the site kept us updated and came around once the power was restored to check if we had regained power and if everything was satisfactory. There is no WIFI available at the resort or even in South Haven, for that matter; we utilized Starlink, so it was not a concern for us. If you need to reach someone, it is advisable to call, as texting or data service in that area is quite poor. This is not an issue with the RV Resort, but rather a cautionary note for anyone planning a trip to that region in general. We would be pleased to stay there again, and the towns of South Haven and Saugatuck that we visited offered more than enough activities to keep us engaged during our stay. If you have a large RV, I am unaware of any other location in the vicinity that is both spacious and as pleasant as Sunny Brook RV Resort.

The Resort itself was awesome and the campers there very friendly. But Elaine was ridiculous. We had something come up at the last minute and wanted to cancel. That wasn't an option so we arrived after 9pm. There was nothing in the emails we received that would let us know this was an issue, typically other sites leave you a folder or something to give you waht you need and you can finish check in the next day but no there was nothing luckily after much calking after hours number with no response one of the other campers provided us with the code needed to get into the Resort when we talked to her about the next day she was ridiculous took no responsibility and blamed it on us like were supposed to go to the web site and read all their ridiculous rules

We've stayed here many times and always enjoyed it. The people we met were friendly and invited others to join them. The resort is clean, well maintained and nicely landscaped. The club house is a nice place to hang out during bad weather. There are 2 pools and 1 hot tub, fitness room, pickleball court, shuffle board, a large outdoor stage with live music and occasional food trucks and 2 laundry rooms, gulf cart rentals, scheduled activities, paddle boats, paddle boards and kayaks to use. We meet up with many of the same people we've met over the years. Can't wait to get back and hopefully buy a site on the lake!

We always are willing to pay more for a nicer place with great amenities. Unfortunately, the amenities advertised here were not as advertised. They do NOT have Wi-Fi. They say they do, but it does not work. Also, our phone service there was terrible there too, so we were unable to use Internet at all when staying here. This is pretty inconvenient when trying to plan our days. Another reason we stayed here is because they had a hot tub. We were there 5 nights and the hot tub was not working 3 of the 5 days we were there. The worst part is that when we reached out about these issues (no working wifi or hot tub), no one answered the phone, and we never received a call back. Very poor communication. We are very disappointed in the service and amenities for a "luxury" RV Resort.

It looks like a nice well kept park but the rental program is poor. Our lot on the lake was nice with a nice view. We were given a sheet of paper regarding rules and regulations but when you approach any amenity there is a big sign saying owners only!!! So I guess as a renter you have no right to use the amenities? Nothing was explained to us. Most of the residents we encountered were barely able to mutter a hello. Felt unfriendly. They have no social programs; nothing going on. Must be hard to sell these lots with this kind of attitude toward renters as I would think that renters are the best opportunity to find buyers??

Although a pretty RV resort we would not return. Cable TV didn’t work, no internet. We were here for 2 nights and no one engaged in conversation with us. Just doesn’t seem like a friendly group here.

Campground is very clean and well maintained. The amenities are all great and clean. Every interaction with long term residents and a staff member were negative. Very rude and entitled demeanors. Would love to come back because of the park, but will not come back because of the attitudes of the people.

Had to cancel due to death of a good friend. They would not refund us or rain check. Pretty sad!

Nice campgrounds for the most part. They only allow 2 dogs per site. We have 3 dogs. We called ahead to ask if we could bring them all. Told us we could but we could not bring all 3 for a walk or outside the camper at once. What a joke! We were confronted by the manager, Beth while out walking all 3 dogs. We misunderstood the rule at first. She was sure to explain it. She was rude & combative. Interrupted us when we tried to speak. We decided this is not the camping resort for us. Two nights we were kept awake by site owners. No one from the resort confronted them. This party started early and ended around 1am. We did call and complain but did not get the impression that something would be done. Last visit for us.

Loved this resort! Only here 2 nights but wish we could have stayed here longer! Annette and Ted are awesome managers of the place. Beautiful grounds, landscaped, nice wide lots. South Haven is close, with the Harbor walk, shopping, great restaurants, ice cream!
