This place is truly a great place to stay. Safe and secure! The people who run it are friendly and helpful. If you’re a vendor at one of the big shows at the NGR stadium, you already know. But whether you’re in town for work or pleasure a great safe place to park the RV with a nice little dog park in the back.

Deanna and her crew offer a good deal with friendly atmosphere. If you are going to Houston to visit the Medical Center and need a close place to stay in your RV this is it. They offer shuttle service to and from MD Anderson and others. Highly recommend

I would like to let you guys know my husband and I had to come back to Houston for his check up. We booked cabin 14 for the night and let me tell you we loved it!! Deanna made sure it was clean and cool before our arrival and she even texted me to let me know if I needed anything during the night to just let her know. Steve came over and checked on us after we arrived to make sure everything was good and he stopped by the next morning to check on us. I will tell you we rented lot 37 from October 2024 -March 2025 and if it wasn't for Deanna and Steve we wouldn't have even considered coming back. These two work hard to make sure the guests are taken care of. We love Deanna and Steve and the park. We won't stay any where else as long as they are there. We're looking forward to our next trip there.

We stayed here while my wife was being treated at MA Anderson. We loved the fact that a shuttle was provided to and from the hospital. The staff went out of their way to assist us through our trying times. Gated does provide a sense of security.

This place is out of this world, conveniently located by the Medical Center, which is what we needed. The reason we came to town. They have a shuttle service that took us there and then picked us up. We checked in late on the weekend and the staff on the weekend was extremely helpful. Overall, I would rate this place a five star. I enjoyed my stay a great deal.

Relatively convenient location to downtown Houston, BUT right next to a major freeway, so bring earplugs. Also, for $60/night you would expect at least a picnic table. Bathrooms were clean, handy to have a laundry. Staff very friendly, and the bar down the street was a great hangout within walking distance.

Great Service, Stephanie and Jason are the best. The park is clean, and pleasant, management is the best, staff are all wonderful. Pot Luck Thanksgiving Dinner was simply to die for. Jason is no stranger to hard work. I had a stinky mess while there and Jason came to my rescue.

We have been here for over a year and have stayed at RV parks all over the country and the very best thing about this place is most definitely the management Jason and Stephanie! They are great, very welcoming and accommodating. They make everyone feel like family. The park is clean, the management is continuously staying on top of anything that needs to be fixed, the showers are clean so is the laundry room. Even though it's located very near 610 and other major streets you can't tell. It literally feels like I'm in a safe little world once I come into the gates. The trees are huge and they do a great job making it feel like a home away from home. I thank God he lead us here.. Great places are hard to find, as are good people and here I've found both! ❤

Have been in park for medical reason for 7 weeks! A beautiful park with very friendly people. I really don’t like the thought of leaving but must get home! Park has free shuttle service with a extremely friendly and helpful driver who works with you and all your needs!

We love the quietness & location along with the friendly people. Everyone has been very accommodating. We love the shady, tree lined atmosphere & feel right at home. Would definitely recommend this RV park.

Very quiet place to stay. Here for medical reasons. Shuttle service to medical center is a huge bonus. Dog park in back is wonderful for my dogs. They have a nice laundry room with new machines and extra bathrooms and showers. The rec room is nice and cool and has a large tv to just hang out in. We will be staying here again when we have to return for future medical appointments.

This is a quaint little park near the city! I like the aerial views for the pictures on this park. You get a great idea of how this park looks and feels. I really enjoyed how many trees they placed at this park; being so close to the city it’s nice to have some nature nearby! The WIFI was good, didn’t have too many issues with them. The restrooms were rather nice, very well maintained and always clean.
