Review for store only: I love to take my kids to Veteran’s park to cool off, this is our go to for snacks & drinks. We LOVE Steve’s hot smoked cheese and salmon, and they sell both! We tried the pizza and a burger..it was very mid…but edible. Gas station style food. Good selection of convenience store items. Nice staff and quick service!

Partner went in to buy a drink after a night shift and got his drink snatched and claimed it was because he was drunk?! Are you serious?? He works 10pm to 6am and comes down there because he likes the selection and never had issues before. Absolutely disgusting behavior and not one other employee spoke up despite him not having a problem coming before. And then has the gall to call the station down the road and guess what? NO ISSUES BECAUSE THERE WERE NONE!

I have lived here for several years now. I first moved here due to a life crisis which has passed. I have witnessed several management changes and sometimes severe management challenges during my residence here which explains the mixed reviews up to this point. About 2 years ago an excellent management team arrived and since then this place has been more consistent with the rules, the rent has stayed the same and a general atmosphere of peace and stability have been instituted. As my personal challenges cleared up I was planning on moving but decided to stay after the new, more professional management team took over and made it a really great place to be. I will be moving on in about another year I figure but am thankful to have an affordable option to live at until then. Rating: 2 years ago - 2☆ Now- 5☆

Few years bac the price was right & fair. The owner made a mistake & lost a ton of $, to make up for his mistake he went after the residents, Park maintance personnel stopped working hard to keep the place clean and neat. Does have a nicly stocked little store with deli on site.

This place does not care about disabled veterans. They will give you a 3-day eviction notice for “property/noise disturbances” without any evidence or specific instances. They are vague and apparently others in the lot are being evicted for simple complaints. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE STAY AWAY
