Iām just here to work. I had to build a 9 million tank for for Southaven and I wonāt lie. Iāve been doing this nine years and I have never met someone in the parks Iāve stayed at that is so disrespectful and honestly if sheās talking to you, sheās recording you and honestly, she cost me $400 this year already because she is so disrespectful and Iām really not gonna go into it like the way it went down but Iām telling yāall all now, if you come in here, you donāt get next to the snake lady lot 17 and her name is Suzanne and if sheās ever talking to you, sheās recording you and at night her phone stays in her windows recording you while youāre outside and Mississippi says itās not illegal Where Iām from it is called stalking. she is something and honestly Iām really surprised how long sheās been in this park with all the neighbors telling me she makes life living hell and she puts her poop snake Behind her house and it stinks you can smell it if youāre within her neighbors just sayi they are poison snakes from 4ft to 5ft šššš Please DONT BLAME management Becca she is a very great person, but for some reason, itās out of her hands to throw the snake lady out, so donāt blame it on heršÆšÆ

I do not recommend this rv park. When you're paying for somewhere to sleep and the landscape guys show up at 8am and start the blowers and leaf vacuums right outside of your camper door, that's not cool. Extremely unprofessional of the management to let that happen to the paying guests. It seems that most in that park are full timers so they most likely have to tolerate it because they may not have anywhere else to go. We were supposed to stay 1 more night but we were packed up and ready to pull out before management even got on site after multiple phone calls to her also while trying to get the landscape crew to take their gear and go work on a different area of the park. Management was not interested in making it right so specifically for that reason I don't recommend this park. I also don't recommend it because it's not the safest area. We found an amazing park right down the street to the south.

Best service ever!! We blew a major fuse and had no coach power. No mobile mechanic available. Roadside assistance and AAA wouldnāt help. Drove across Memphis with the step out! The service manager came out and changed the fuse himself. Even fixed our water pump. Such nice people. Got us back on the road fast and only charged us for the fuse. Would highly recommend this place!! Never had service this good.

I have no complaints other than the airplanes. Very nice staff. Locals are friendly. I was supposed to stay long term because of work. I couldn't handle the airplanes at all hours of the night and have to drive an hour to work. Other than that it's a good place. Small park so it wasn't easy for our big camper

Worst RV park ever. FedEx planes land & take-off all night flying over this place so you won't ever sleep a wink. Management bate & switch rates. They don't honor their published rates. Very Rude!!!

Crowded. Difficult to locate. Bratty obnoxious kids running wild in the park. Good rate for full hookups and level paved sites.

Not fancy! We were lucky to get a tree. Becca helpful with restaurant referrals. Felt safe. Good location to get to Memphis.

Seemed like it would be a great in/out overnight place. Staff was courteous on the phone but got a bit snippy when we realized that pine tree limbs would need to be trimmed to get into the site. Thank goodness for the neighbor with the pole saw. We also had to dodge limbs on our way out and could hear them scrapping our rig. š³ We have a large motorhome but we were assured it wouldn't be a problem.

We only stayed overnight. Staff courteous and our spot worked. Lucky for us we had the first lot, it was a pull thru and we slid right in. It's a small park so maneuvering a good size rig could be difficult. Park seemed quiet and it's pretty close to conveniences.
