Management at this location is absolutely ridiculous. We attempted to stay long term but were asked to leave after a total of two months, due to a misunderstanding. My daughter invited a couple friends from our old neighborhood around the corner to hang out at the pool together not realizing this is not allowed without adult supervision (she's 15) once it was brought to her attention she herself did not have them over again. Then another group of kids that yes she knew but even management confirmed she was not with them, took it upon themselves to hop the fence to use the pool. Charlotte proceeded to cuss these kids out after she told them to leave and claims they cussed her first, my daughter happened to walk up on the situation and started fussing at the kids for being there. Charlotte then decided to start cussing out my minor child, so my child did fuss back at her. I then receive a call while I was cooking dinner stating thanks to my kid I have two days to leave. I went up to the office to speak with her about this as it was the first I've heard of anything and her and Tom their maintenance guy kept on about those "black kids" and the fact my daughter was walking to "that area" and since she allowed it the first time it wasn't going to stop and then they were going to start vandalizing the place, even though half the kids involved were white 🤦 . I apologized several times for the issue and asked them to give me a chance to make it right but they kept saying you can't cause those "black kids" but had to make it a point to say they were not racist, and their other issue was the fact that she would sit in her father's truck on her phone, cause of the perception that it gives. I asked if they saw her doing anything wrong and they stated no it just doesn't look good. So my response was what doesn't look good the fact we live in 32 feet and she wanted some privacy? Not a place you want to stay if you don't want staff all in your business or have any type of ethnic background that doesn't conform to their ideals. Management needs to take a course on business ethics and learn how to deal with people of find another job. I truly do not understand how the owner has allowed this nonsense for so long, especially after reading all the other negative reviews on the same person before I wrote this.

This place is so run down in to the ground. The place looked like it hadn't been mowed in weeks. The bathroom and showers where gross. The power pole did t work tomorrow didn't even know how to change the breaker. Charlotte the manager was in her make shift office yelling at kids. This place needs new management or just close there doors.

Wanted a place that was close to the beach, but it was run down and staff was rude. The pads are cracked and so are the people. Pool was dirty. Looked like the pool water was taken right out the gulf. Bathrooms were disgusting. Smelled like urine and feces. I would give 0 stars, but that’s not an option.

Tom was wonderful, rv park is beautiful and we loved the pool. We will definitely make this our stop qhen we are in Biloxi

This place would be much better if the Management was changed. Charlotte is the most rude representative of a business you could ask for. We tried several times to get a reservation and her response was they were full. We have friends in the park who said different, as they talked with Tom and he said lots of open lots. She also told us nothing over 40 feet, yet several were well over 40 feet and they were allowed in. With a change in Manager, this park could be a gold mine, but not white she's there.

A great little rvpark right across from the beach ,go carts and amusement park next door ,pool always clean and temp perfect .Charlotte that runs the place keeps it safe and we feel secure also Tom is great and helpful to all who pull in to stay long or overnight also has a back gate which stays open till dark that makes it easy to go grab stuff without getting out in the Blvd. Super clean laundry room lots of space to fold and hang clothes and plenty of washers and dryers .pets are very welcome and don't be surprised when folks come up with treats from their pocket for your pet.

Was looking forward to our stay. But,that changed when the manager(Charlotte) reversed EveryThing the OWNER said 2 weeks earlier (in person)We were not guaranteed a spot, first come first gets a spot. In addition her demenor was that of a demanding personality instead of understanding person willing to discuss and try to resolve the issues. I do not recommend this to out of state or traveling RV people. Hopefully the owner will discuss this with her.!

Although the location is great right by the beach, the neighborhood in general is sketchy. They had us at the very last spot in the back of the park. Our spot was about 25 yards from the train tracks which has a train on very often and even multiple times a night. There is a very skimpy, derelict fence between the park and road that runs on the other side. A thief/thieves decided they wanted our tailgate and both rear taillights and stole them one night. When I called the front desk to ask about cameras, the employee stated she didnt know how to work the cameras, but they were not pointed in the right direction anyways. The employee became defensive and stated that the park cant be held liable, etc and even stated bicycles have been stolen. We explained we didnt want compensation, we just wanted to move. Afterwards we felt completely unsafe, they moved us to spot closer to the office and then had to deal with the employee's dachshund which she let's run around off leash and barks at everyone. There are a few restaurants right across the street on the beach in walking distance which was great since we couldn't legally drive our truck after we were robbed so walked to have lunch. Also other people also do not pick up after their dogs so watch where you step.

Amazing place to stay! We are monthly at the moment and moving on to Destin Fl but this is by far a wonderful, friendly, clean, and safe place to be right on the beach!!

Great place. Good cable tv ..good wifi...clean spaces. Could stand some up dates ..fencing need some repairs and bathhouse is old but clean ..good laundry facility..great people that run it. And Tom is the best.

This park is across the street from the beach. Edith and Tyler are nice and accommodating camp host. The bathrooms/ shower house is very large but in need of a really good scrubbing and repair. The shower pans need replaced if they are not dirty they are cracked and the wall behind the toilets is crumbling along the baseboard. The laundry room was clean with all new machine's and freash paint. The pool is always sparkling clean and the guy who cleans it is super friendly. But people are allowed to play there music as loud as they want and that can make for very uncomfortable pool time. The smoking in the pool is just gross. The spaces are tight but there are a few with elbow room and shade. I'm not really sure why they bother to print up a rule page since the rules are not enforced. If a patron acts up they just wave it off by saying "well they have been coming here a long time". Like that's an excuse to misbehave. The rules say you cant leave you dogs outside unattended but there's dog crates and tied up dog's everywhere. Very few people pick up after there dogs but since the park rarely picks up the leaves most of the dog poop is well hidden. This RV park is NOT a resort. The park is across the street from the Beach and quite a few restaurants. The internet is crap. The cable isn't bad. Not alot of channels but it's a clear picture. It is close to the railroad but all the RV parks by the beach here are and it's really not that loud. With a litte elbow grease, love and some attention to the rules this could be a nice park.

I would not recommend this campground. Office personal not friendly at all, she had the take it or leave it attitude...was quoted on price over the phone, but charged more.....Was told concrete pads for picnic tables...not our site..no grass just dirt...sewer connection was located under the camper! Very bad tree trunks growing up and making for tripping hazard....water connection was on wrong side of camper, we had to actually walk over water hose to get inside our trailer. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
