Our transmission failed at 9PM, an hour into a 12 hour trip home leaving us stranded and towing the car we'd come to fetch. We called Southern Dixie, they came right away, towed our truck back to their shop, and dropped us off at a nearby hotel. The owners son, Will, sent their tow truck and came himself to take stock of the situation. It was Will who dropped us off at the hotel. He even waited till we were checked in. Flat out took care of us. The next day we dealt with Robbie, turned out it was going to take a while to fix the 33 year old truck we were driving. She took care of us too, helped us get some supplies and helped us get back to the hotel. Truck all fixed, back home now. Everything good. They went out of their way, highly recommended. By far the best experience I have ever had at an auto shop. These people care about you. My wife and i were on a trip to see family from northwest Arkansas and our car nearly broke down after a major storm was roaring. They made time to see us before closing and we’re honest in all they did. It is clear that they care about helping primarily. I wish I could get all of my auto repair done at Southern Dixie.

We was stranded almost 700 miles from home with engine trouble, it was the scariest thing we have ever been through because we had our 3 kids with us. We showed up to the shop with no appointment. With got there at 8:00am and they had us fixed in a little over an hour. I wasn’t sure what was wrong with the car but just explaining to Arron what is was doing he knew exactly what was wrong with it. They checked out the rest of the car to make sure nothing else was wrong with it and we made it back to Indiana just fine. Just wanted to say thanks again, and if I have car issues in the future I’m going to give them a call for the advice, I know they will point me in the right direction.

The staff was helpful and understanding, we had to get towed at around 2 AM and i forgot the guys name who helped us I think it was William, but he also gave us a ride to a hotel that night and picked us back up that next morning. Aaron was helpful also because he explained and showed me how and where my car’s faults were, I’d definitely recommend this shop to anybody ever in need of vehicle repair or towing.

My family and I were on our way home from camping at Gulf Shores Alabama. A tire exploded on our fifth wheel taking part of the siding with it. We got off the rode and put the spare on. About an hour later another tire went flat. We were able to get off interstate and pull into market to get gas. What to do. We had no more spares. It was Sunday evening and the next day was the Memorial holiday. There was a Love's Truck Stop Sat the next exit. We called but they did not have any tires to fit. Finally we found a company close to where we were. The young man (Will) answered our call. He was so helpful. He knew what tires he had in stock that would fit. We were a mile away from the business. He said he would be there in 45 min. As soon as he got there he was on the job. The next thing I knew 2 more men were helping him. They drove by and saw what he was doing and came to help. They were employees there also. A little while later the owner came. It seemed like a snap of the finger and they were done. They helped us get back on the rode. They were so nice felt like family.
