Really nice Place. Large sites and very well groomed. The pool is great! We stayed as guest for 3 yrs and as a resident for 1 yr. We liked the area so much that we bought a property and now enjoying the area as a full timer.

This is by far the nicest Passport America Park in which we have ever stayed. We are just passing through and needed somewhere for about 10 hours overnight and Kelly took great care of us, our packet was waiting at the door when we arrived at 9:00 p.m.. very modern Resort with concrete pads. Too bad we don't have time to stay a few more days!

Only stayed for 1 night, but this place is nice. Ladies in the office were nice and friendly at check in. Whole place is immaculate lots are nice size. They have a calendar of events that seemed like they have plenty of things to do if you want.

The best,cleanest,neat sites with gazebos and built in firepits,beautiful RV park. So many activities you can't be bored and if you are it's your own fault lol. Many amenities like shuffle board,bocce ball, RC track,pickleball, cornhole,beanbag baseball, street golf,pitch and putt,latter ball,etc.It's happy beautiful community where you make beautiful memories and where friends become family. Staff in this park is great. Always there with smile to accommodate you the best they can.Rates are very reasonable. Stores,pharmacies, restaurants etc just around the corner. Just between Gainesville raceway and Ocala equestrian world. Hidden gem in a quiet area, but not far from everything that will suits your needs.

We have not stayed at this campground yet. We visited the campground and did a complete review of all the sites/pool/facilities/office/rec.center and activity area. After our visit/review we were so impressed that we booked for the winter season of 2024. The campground is only a few years old. With all the amenities being new. The roads are all paved with the sites completely concrete. The area around the sites and thru out the part is beautifully landscaped. This is a 55+ community. I hesitate rating it as a 5-star because it is filling up fast and I don't want to be unable to return 🙃. Cabins are also available After having spent the winter here and became a seasonal for the following year I can update the information by including the friendly, hospitable and caring campers that stay here along with the staff. The activities that are offered year round brings neighbors to become family. The list of activities covers everything indoors to outdoors. If your bored its your fault. This is a great place but very limited on availability.

After our first month as a new "annual" I can say "We have found our Southern Home". The management listens and is very good at posting rules ment to support the greater good while allowing all of us to have a very positive experience. I have been welcomed by many similar life style people. Lots of organized activities and communications from or organizer. Very clean and well maintained. We have established a new pattern of living in our Northern home and NOW have our Southern location set. No worries just relaxing in the good life.

We stayed for a couple of months in 2020 and fell in love with the place. Stayed again I believe 3 months in the summer of 2021. Summer of 2022 pool was broken 8 out of 12 weekends. Cable was out also most of the time. Manager at the time was trying to really pressure everyone to become annual residents. So much so that I was told the 3-4 month special would not be avaliable in the summer of 23. That was untrue. Anyhow with the pool being broken so often we did visit some wonderful springs. And we love the location. But until they upgrade their pool pumps we will not be back. There are also some good restaurants and walmart near by. We almost signed up for annual even though we are not full timers and we're pretty much just there on the weekends. It may be different now but too much shady stuff going on when we were there in 2022. But it is a very clean, nice resort.

Been here for 4 yrs on March 1st 2022, wonderful place to call home, lots of activities for people to do, close to shopping and Doctor. The resort has grown since the beginning, couldn't asked a better place to call home. P.S. Sun Community has done a wonderful job with the place, and more to come.

We love stopping at Southern Leisure. This was our second visit and I’m giving it 5 stars. Long spacious paved pull through sites, making it super easy to set up and break down. The office staff have always been so helpful. The other guests have been very friendly. The park is quiet and there’s lots of green space surrounding the park. Easy access to the US 19 is a plus.
