Pros: Easy Access to the highway. Long pull through site. Cons: Unleveled sites. The pictures on the website are misleading. This place is a dump. Broken picnic tables. Weeds. Unkempt long term sites. Dumpster overflowing. An eyesore.

We only stayed one day while passing through Shreveport but this park did everything we needed at a competitive price. The lady behind the counter was super kind. The pet rules are clearly posted and reasonable. Pick up after them, don't leave them outside when you are not there, etc. The pool and restrooms were clean. Sites are wide, flat pull throughs with all hook ups. It is an RV park next to the interstate so you cant expect much atmosphere but it fit our needs perfectly.

This is a hard one to review. We stayed here one overnight. Our site was an ample concrete pull-thru slab, full hook-up. The water connection was below grade and flooded, sewer connection was uncovered. Power pedestal had a burned 30amp plug and a trashed cover. It appears they are staying solvent by having at least half of the park LONG term rentals. Those sites are cluttered unkempt and the rigs don't even look roadworthy. The woman in the office was curt and more interested in her lunch, not my idea of Southern charm. The rate was reasonable. If traffic and train noise bothers you, move along. I haven't felt this uneasy this whole summer. A shame as the park has some potential.

Southern Living RV Park is a good RV park with a east location off of I20. The park does have many permanent residents but the park is clean. Our electrical pedestal had a broken cover but everything worked great. Solid 120v + and good water pressure. Bring a pressure valve. The sites for overnight are very long concrete pads but they slope towards the front quite a bit. Couldn’t get totally level without my motorhome tires off the ground. Will stay here again. Nothing better and the price is fair.

Southern Living RV park had nice pull through concrete sites for easy roll out the next day! We stayed in site 22 which had water, sewer and 50 Amp electric and grass in-between the next site. Booking was super easy over the phone and she was very sweet and helpful.

Amazing park! We love it, there's a Dollar General and a Pizza Hut right across the street. It's nice and quiet! We did have an issue and it was immediately taken care of. Receptionist is also super nice!!

Very clean, with some long term sites. Extremely wide entrance and well thought out layout. Utilities were direct center on the 90 foot pull through sites. Employee working the desk were extremely friendly despite the stressful hurricane evacuation times. Pool was nice and well maintained. Laundry and showers were nice as well.

We are not RV park frequents. That being said it was a great one night. The park is very convenient to get to. Check in was so friendly and easy. We had a reservation. We used the showers and toilets. They were fairly clean. It was nice to have a fan in them! Quiet and good for all sizes. They do look like they have some long time renters but if you are here for a short stay, they will likely conveniently put you towards the front. We will definitely be back.

We were traveling to Oklahoma City to spend time with friends and family and needed a place to stay for the night. We really like the fact they have some really large pull through spaces that allowed us to keep our toad connected. The location is right off the 20 and very easy to get to. The park is clean and well maintained. They do have quite a few long term residents but that section is over to one side. We would stay here again.
