The property manager is one heckuva woman! She is probably the best person in a management position I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We loved this park. The park grounds are great and it's so peaceful and quiet. Our discerning Malanois pup loved going on her walks here. She gets pretty persnikity. However her favorite areas were the field in the back of the park where she could test her speed and loved smelling the flowers around the park. That made her a very happy girl. 😁 The facilities are clean. They have a lovely pool and the residents are friendly. Hands down a terrific place to stay.

Let me just start by saying from the first day I got to the park it was the weekend where the office is closed but Christy (the manager) went out of her way on her day off to help me find my spot. She gave me a longer pipe to use because mine was to short and told me if I needed anything to level my camper to just get it out of the shed. She was so genourous and helpful on her off day. Now that I've been there for a few months she has become a friend and a very good one at that. I feel protected with her being the person in charge. She will come to your rescue at 3am if you need her. It doesn't matter the time of day, if you have an issue she will be there. Now onto the park, most places with it being so late in the year and it getting cooler they let there pool go and just let the water turn brown and nasty. They keep the pool clean and clear all year round. In Shreveport it's still warm enough some days to go for a swim so to still have a clean pool is nice. The park is quiet and there are very few if any issues. The park is clean and no one that I have seen has any clutter or messes outside of their campers. Christy does a great job at keeping up with this park. I believe it's a 80 plus or so park and to have that many people and still stay on top of everything takes a strong willed, hard working person. Thank you for everything you do for me and have done for me this far. I look forward to our friendship growing and seeing your success build as you continue to turn this park into a masterpiece.

RV Parkers

We stayed here not long ago and it was the most terrible experience at an RV park I have ever had and I have been to plenty of them. The lady at the office who never even gave us her name was down right rude. She was so busy focused on eating her lunch that I couldn't even speak to her without her shoving food in her mouth. The bathrooms and laundry room were disgusting. Every time I tried to go to the office she would have a sign on the door that said she would be back at a certain time so I would go back and hour past that time and the bote would still be up and she would still be gone. The neighbors even warned us about how big of a bully she was. Before we left she threatened us but refused to give us her bosses number. Saying she was the boss but I don't see that to be true cause weeks before she said something about her boss. She refuses to talk to you like a person and tries to put you down to the point that your in tears. My husband was so upset about the way she treated us that we left. She wants to blame everything on the "previous" person that was there but that excuse is old and she's been there long enough for things to not look the way they do. The day we left, the pool was a brown color, she was in the office and she could clearly see someone swimming and allowed a child and their mother to get into a brown and dark green none clean pool. I would have had to clean the toilets, the mold out of the shower and sweep and mop if I would have wanted to take a shower to there. Truly disgusting place and disgusting owner. I wish management could actually see what's going on up there cause they wouldn't allow that well at least I hope they wouldn't. And if you want to catch her in the office it is very few times you can catch her up there. We will not be returning. The one time I did get her in the office she had someone else in there too and she was telling this guest all kinds of personal information about another guess which should be against policy.

We have stayed in the park before and we were shocked at how much it has improved. The lots were well manicured and the restrooms were spotless this time. The laundry room thet we refused to use before had a complete overhaul and it looked like new. The pool was beautiful and clean. The lady in the office Christie was so amazing. She took time to explain things to us since some changes had been made. We were blown away at her customer service and she was the sweetest to our grandson that has a disability. She showed him kindness and patience when he had an outburst bc of his autism. He is non-emotive mostly and doesn't speak. She didnt show him pity like most do. She showed him genuine kindness and human love. We couldn't believe when he calmed down and even smiled at her when she spoke to him. She had her tiny dog in the office and it was sweet to see how she interacted with it and she explained the park was an animal loving park and she expected any pets to be treated with respect and not left out while customers are gone. We almost didnt return to this park because our experience before wasnt the greatest. But we are so glad we did and we had a wonderful 2 days while there. We were surprised to see her working on a Sunday picking up the park and cleaning the restrooms. We highly recommend trying this hidden little gem. We loved it!!

Had the nicest time visiting my friend Allison and took our dogs to the pool. She said I could hang out at the pool while she went to work that Monday by this big tub of butter comes running out demanding I get the dogs out. Hasn’t Big Bertha learned how chlorine works. She tried to say she is the managed and so I richer I would be calling her boss so then she said she is the owner. If she is it’s cause she ate the rightful owner.
