Currently the new management team is amazing. They work hard day and night and have turned this park into one of the most enjoyable places to stay in Yuma, we hardly leave the park because there’s just so much to do and love about southern Mesa. We have enjoyed the most pleasant neighbors and activities like; -The funnest Karaoke nights ever -heated pool -playgrounds for kids, adults and even dogs -bonfires -grand opening was a blast! -card nights -neighborhood bonfires and potlucks -great place outside the city to fly kites -bike rides with neighbors -morning pop up zoomba classes -neighbors pitch in with activities like a rock class, manicures and so much more This has been a delightful stay. The new facilities are so beautiful and they are adding new amenities daily before we know it this will be “the place to stay” in Yuma! it’s all inclusive family (all ages) friendly atmosphere is impossible to beat and one of a kind in Yuma! The prices are incredibly reasonable for the amazing service. We will never forget our stay here.

The park has new live on-site manager's now and it is apparent how much they care about the park and the guest. Very friendly place to be. Out of the busy City traffic, quiet and the stars are amazing to view. The sunsets are pretty awesome too. They have all new renovated clubhouse, showers, play area for kids. Ping pong table by the pool side and pool table in the clubhouse. Nice new exercise equipment and a nice lounging area. Not many places offer free wifi but they do! This park has come along way. If you choose to stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Nice quiet and clean out of the way place, laundry is clean, up to date and well maintained machines and good value. The folks running the park were kind and helpful. The only drawbacks are no pull through sites. However, the sites are roomy and not difficult to get my 31 foot 5th wheel into. Thank you Southern Mesa, it was everything we needed.
