Whiskers is the absolute best human being! A maintenance man who goes above and beyond that’s for sure. A literal angel in disguise. He helped us get a spot for our RV with a quickness due to our emergency. Has come by to check on us and has helped with setup. You can’t find that kind of help these days. I will recommend to everyone I know!

I do not recommend coming here as a mobile home resident. Unable to catch the property manager during scheduled business times. Never in office during the 9am - 5pm posted and advertised business hours. 12pm - 1pm is their lunch, however they leave all hours of the day. Have lost our rent checks before and served us eviction notices when they’re the ones who lost it. The roads have major pot holes and continue to “promise” to get them fixed. They lie to residents on many occasions. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Got enough potholes? Can't do a single pizza delivery without hitting eight of them. EDIT - They fixed the ones in this spot. Appreciate it!

Staff are okay i guess, the roads should be redone. otherwise very quiet and not a place for small children to be living at, the fines are bad. I moved out because of the roads, people living there, staff and fines.

I must say is very clean and it's pretty quiet it's not congested the the trailers have room between them with with privacy and not being cramped together

It’s a awesome place to stay but I really think the laundry room shouldn’t be locked at 7 maybe 10 or 11 but here I am with dirty bed set shouldn’t have to to go to town to wash laundry when that service is part of renting a lot. Oh and MRS.DONNA IS AMAZING JUST SAYING! She is the only one I like that even works here lol
