The facilities were immaculately clean, owner was very friendly and the laundry was very reasonably priced.

Nice clean RV park. All mechanicals are in working order. Location is convenient to I-10 and locate. Check-in was simple, and site was easy to find. Very level, clean and maintained.

Staff were friendly. The amenities listed are lacking and need maintenance. The dog park was deep powdery dirt with 1 sun baked wood bench. The park was quiet, with the exception of trains throughout the night. The park was clean, safe but dusty. $50 per night was a good price. I would stay again only for the one night while passing thru.

This is pretty much an empty gravel lot, with picnic tables at most sites. All utilities seemed to work well. Dog park is just a fenced in dirt area, but it's clean, no goat heads. Easy walk to some restaurants and other services. When we drove up, the lady came outside to meet us and show us our site. Very pleasant person. We didn't need to use the laundry room, so I can't speak for that. Very easy off and back on the freeway, diesel and grocery nearby. One drawback is the train tracks across the road. It was hot out, though, so our ac drowned out the noise at night.

Great place to camp on the way through. Nice staff just a little noisy from interstate but the campground was quiet.

Mostly clean, well spaced spaces, alright staff, good wifi, has a dog area but its so full of burs that couldnt take the dog 2 feet in the area.

Clean, well-kept park, just off the freeway. It is fine for an overnight stop. Plenty of restaurants and gas stations

Quiet aside from the freeway noise at night
