Great place to live . Every resident gets lawn care from the grounds crew who are very helpful. Some people don't understand that alot of the trailers there are not owned by the trailer park but private owners who then rent them out. So the private owner is responsible for everything if it breaks not the park. If the park owns the tree you live in they will do the best care possible. With a good attitude at that

Amazing place to live but if you have pets it’s not a good place. There’s kids speeding on ATVs everywhere and it’s my dogs fault for being outside and needing to use the restroom since they are in the kids way. Maybe if they were acting like aholes and respected the area it wouldn’t be an issue but of course it’s always dogs.

The managers are super rude and have no reason to treat visitors with so much animosity. Yesterday I was outside enjoying the sunshine outside one of my friends house that i was visiting and I was told by the manager across the street that I couldn't sit there and that i had to leave because I was making her dog uneasy and bark like crazy. She stayed outside watching me as if I was doing something bad when all I was doing was sitting in the grass playing a game on my phone. I would not recommend this mobile home park. Very unprofessional considering the managers are not even in their early 20's yet trying to run a place of residency for 150+ people with this kind of attitude for the people and their visutors who reside in it.

Absolutely the WORST place to have your home. The management is rude, loses papers, change hours continually. They will not allow the renters on property to pay the rent ... let me rephrase they will one month but not the next.

One of the last really affordable and livable areas in Elko if you're not working at or for the mines. Internet Service isn't great because they can't establish a good infrastructure for anything much better than 15mbps download speeds, and there are a few returning potholes in the road every year, but overall the place is very well maintained and I think the office staff are just lovely folks.
