Great place to be. Great manager! She couldn't be any nicer. She is very professional and its nice to have a discount for nurses every month. Beautiful small lake to walk the dogs around. Over all I am enjoying my stay.

From the moment I moved here Karime, the park manager has gone over and beyond in her efforts to create a place everyone here calls "HOME". I moved here to relocate and to work at MD Anderson. Moving to a big city from the country was terrifying for me. She listened when she didn't really have the time, she cared when she didn't have to. If she saids that she will turn in a work order she does. I can't imagine living anywhere else. This is HOME this is FAMILY. I look forward to living here through my retirement years.

Southlake RV Resort is very nice. I really enjoyed my stay at the facility. Very clean and organized. Showers and common areas are well kept and clean. Lady at the front desk is always very helpful and has an amazing attitude and personality. I will 100% return to this resort.

I can't say enough good things about Southlake Community and their truly amazing staff! From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and cared for — and that’s thanks in large part to the incredible team. Karime is absolutely wonderful. She’s not only kind and understanding, but also incredibly helpful and resourceful. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, she’s either had the answer or made it a point to find out and get back to me quickly. Her dedication and communication are exactly what you hope for in a community manager. Aida also deserves a huge shout-out! She works so hard to keep everything clean, organized, and running smoothly. You can always tell she takes great pride in what she does, and it shows in the spotless environment around the community. If you’re looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, Southlake Community is it. Thank you, Karime and Aida, for making this place feel like home!

This is by far the finest RV resort I have stayed at in the Houston area. The atmosphere is exceptionally peaceful, and the property is maintained to the highest standards. Ms. Karime, Aida, and the entire team do an outstanding job keeping the resort immaculate. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a well-kept and relaxing place to stay.

Stayed here in 2020 and tried to reserve another place for July 2022. Found out we were blacklisted from staying there because of aggressive dogs. I have 2 sweet non aggressive dogs (LABS). I called Jennifer to try and get an explanation and she said dogs my dogs were off leash. She is full of it! My Dogs were never off the leash. They did however have a group of kids with parents fishing in a catch and release lake and they were catching and killing the smaller fish and keeping the bigger ones. I confronted them about this. I guess they complained to Jennifer and we were blacklisted from this place with her using aggressive dogs as an excuse. Does not matter to us. We will find another place. Sad that they take other peoples word and have the God Syndrome.

Great dog areas. Super friendly and efficient Manager helped everyone. Clean and full hookups. Near the Hwy. with easy access to Pearland stores.

The grounds were very clean and the space in between rows was plenty large for a 40' bus. We enjoyed the view of the lake and it was close to everything but still quiet.
