What a wonderful place! Very large spaces, beautiful grassy areas to walk our dog, and close to downtown Tucson. We will definitely come back.

My wife and I are fulltime RVers. We stumbled upon Southside RV in May 2023 during our Southeast to Southwest travel. The RV park where we originally made reservations could not accommodate us. We called Southside RV and spoke to owner, Chris, who was welcoming and a delight our entire stay. The property is south of Tucson and ideal for those who like to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still having access to all that the city offers (4 miles for the casino and 15 minutes from Walmart and Fry's grocery store). The property is manage by Larry, who is better than any 5-star hotel concierge. Larry keeps the property impeccable and makes mail and package deliveries throughout the day. Nestled next to the San Xavier Reservation, the property exudes natural beauty. Full hook-ups available: 30/50W electrical, water and sewer. How much did we enjoy Southside RV? We initially planned on staying 1-2 weeks, but ended up staying 2 years 3 months. We look forward to staying there again (but not as long) when we travel through Tucson next year.

The man who welcomed us was amazing ,super helpful and friendly. We also spoke with a woman on the phone who was kind, patient, and really understanding. The site had everything we needed: water, electricity, and sewer. It was quiet, safe, and perfect for our overnight RV stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for 4 weeks the first 2 weeks were great. On the 3rd week the electric company came out and changed a meter. He said it was due to erratic readings. After that during a record breaking heat wave the parks breaker would trip during the hottest part of the day. When I informed them of the issue, I was told it could not of been the parks wiring,It has to be my newer campers. I switched spots and the problem didn’t follow. But before I could let them know(I work overnight, moved spots after work, then went to bed) the host cut off my power. I woke up in a puddle of sweet half dehydrated and my camper was 120°. The owner and caretaker have zero knowledge of electricity or how the park is wired. The caretaker is old, deaf, and ignorant. Nice guy, who rakes rocks real well I suppose.
