Nice, clean and quiet. Recently moved from uncovered park to a cover park. The owner have both types of locations. The site is very well maintained and clean. Also quiet with great locations. The owners are friendly and seem to care about their customers which is refreshing.

Love it here! SO MUCH NICER THAN ANY OTHER LOCATION IN THE AREA! Quiet, clean, move in was efficient and easy to complete the paperwork. Laundry room is great, clean, reasonably priced compared to local laundromat. Game room and gym nice while waiting on laundry to finish. Only issue, not their issue, us mail service. USPS will not deliver to you. UPS and FedEx = No problem! If you want quiet, clean, safe area to stay while in the area, highly recommended!

Love Love Love! They almost thought of everything. Only thing missing is a shower/bath house and a dog run. Worth every penny. With onsight washateria, gym, game room and children's play area you will love your stay.

Amazing park!! We have been in Carlsbad for going on 5 years and have stayed in several RV parks out here, this one is by far our favorite. The owners are very friendly and helpful with anything you need. Its family friendly, pet friendly, and a very secure park. Gated entry, playground, gym, laundry room, and game room. All kept very clean! Oh and the spaces are covered which kept our camper about 10° cooler in the summer than normal which is a huge plus out in this desert heat!
