This is a really nice RV park that is kept meticulously clean. Very friendly long term guests too. The have a communal gas fire pit, grill, griddle, and the best Christmas light display around. Dogs are allowed off leash all the time throughout the park so it isn’t ideal for children but there is a small playground. The beach is 2mi away and nothing is walking distance.

We Love our RV site is excellent it perfect on 98 in Santa Rosa Beach. We where there to for second stop in journey to discover the pandhandle. It close to resturant ,parks & beach. Daisy is super welcoming freindly staff we loved cant wait to back this summer.

Wow, just read a recent review that doesn’t reflect our experience at all — from someone staying here at the same time we did. Did they make a mistake and review the wrong RV Park??? We booked nine nights here and loved every minute of it! Daisy, the onsite manager, and her husband Mike are such sweet, kind people. They made our stay here wonderful. Both are friendly and accommodating and wanted our time here to be comfortable and memorable and they went out of their way to make it happen. We love how clean the park is, how safe it felt staying here, how nice and quiet and relaxing it is too. We stayed in a beautiful, shady spot. They are spacious and very well-maintained. The location is perfect too! Santa Rosa Beach is a two mile drive. Walmart is a ten minute drive. Publix is right up the street. Any shopping, beaches or restaurants are all conveniently located. We couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you so much for making our stay feel like home. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Wow beautiful and clean ! nice and quiet at night. Huge fire pit for guest to use as well as gazebo’s with grills ! Pickleball court and bikes also for guests ! Love it here staff are so nice and welcoming and I must say the WiFi has speeds better than my home ! Check in office located right at the front entrance !! Great place to stay no riff raff, beautiful surrounded by trees and the cleanest rv park I have ever been to ! Beach is super close just a short drive down the road 100% recommend!!!

Clean parking lot 2 miles from the beach. It's not a resort...no pool...one pickleball court ..no wifi..no welcome sheet or office to check in..no camp store. No trails. Camp host has dog that gets loose. Owner lives in house next to camp sites. Close to lots of shopping. Restore thrift store next to sites...they run flood lights all night. It is quiet...overpriced...and very clean. Thanks but no thanks

Wow! This place is wonderful, the people that run it were very kind and beyond accommodating! What a hidden gem, and I can be hard to impress! Happy to have found this place, and look forward to many more returning visits! Also it was very quiet and on Memorial Day weekend!

Hate to even post a review because once this place is finished there will be a waiting list to get in like all the local State parks. Great location right off Hwy 98, just minutes from the beach, flat wide open sites with new hook ups and very polite and helpful staff. Not alot of shade but you're probably gonna be at the beach during the day..... Hopefully we will be back many times in the future!

This campground is one of the best in Santa Rosa Beach. The location is perfect! Only 2.5 miles from a public beach access. It is very clean and well kept by management. The landscaping throughout the park really adds to the beachy feel There is a brand new kids play set my children played on for hours! We will be back this summer!!

Great location near the beach. Very friendly staff that are putting in a lot of effort to revitalize the park. If they continue on the path they are on this will turn out to be a very nice place to stay for years to come.
