Did not receive services that were agreed upon when reservation was made. Wanted way to much personal information ( Which I didn't give!) could not understand (broken English and the so called manager did not help whatsoever. No assistance given in locating any type of site seeing. This is not an RV campground like advertised. It is for long term stay only. Also allowed door to door salesman to bang on my door!

We have been traveling a long time and staying at RV parks all over. I would never recommend staying here. Lot sizes are way small, this is not a good transient place as most here are living here full time. Dogs are off the leashes and just not a good place at all. Will never come back.

Good place for what it's is, next to the space center, tight spaces but surprisingly do-able. The park has everything you need at an RV park but shade. Would have liked a little store but no big deal. Check in was more like a hotel than a normal park.

I called in the same day to book a space for my camper van. The front desk person was handling everything smoothly and offer tickets discount to space center and discount for AAA membership. The price was good, the site is excellent with showers, rest rooms, pool, hookup. All is well maintained. Few miles to Space Center.’

There are positives and negatives about this RV Park. Pros: This park is affordable, kid-friendly, and in a great location. The pool and hot tub are nice features. The community room is a great place to gather for parties and just to cool off in the summer. The children are aware of vehicles coming and move out of the way. The small bridges over the ditch has a great ecosystem with turtles, fish and the occasional gator. I've been a resident for a little over a year and quite enjoy living here. Cons: There are people who don't leash their dogs. These dogs then approach other leashed dogs and cause a disturbance. There is loud music played past 10PM. There are drivers who speed through the park despite children, who are being children and playing outside, being present. Several RVs have trash and broken items around them. I would leave a 5 star review if it weren't for these cons. Thank you.

I stayed there for several months while working in the area. The office workers were always very kind, amenities were well maintained, the prices were great, and the other people in the park never got loud or rowdy. It's in a nice area too so you don't have to worry about people coming around and stealing/causing trouble. They have a few spots that are right off the freeway and they can be pretty loud sometimes BUT you get used to it pretty quick and they have a lot of spots that are nestled back in the property. Wonderful place, absolutely worth the money!

Urban RV Park convenient to a lot of sights in the area. Enjoyed using the exercise room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed watching the turtles and resident alligator in the swamp area. Walkway to the Cracker Barrel right next door. All hookups worked fine. No sign for park so just look for RVs; construction going on all along that road.

Nice place. Very pleased with them. They do not take AAA PLUS RV. Cracker Barrel next door. Will recommend.

The staff is great, and the park is clean. The lots are small and close together. The park is close to the freeway so it is easy to access but there is noise all of the time.

I spoke with the manager, Cheryl Schneider, about moving into the park after seeing they offer month to month rates. She informed me that they do not allow people to "move in". When I asked about the month to month rates, she explained they offer that but you can't make this your home. When asked what the difference was between month to month and moving in was she said when you move in you sign a lease. Then I asked "How many months total can you stay there month to month?" She IGNORED my question to ask me how old my RV was. When I told her she said it was too old, even though the website states NOTHING about what year your RV must be. So, if you are looking to stay hear, your RV cannot be over 10 years old, and if you are looking for good customer service, AVOID Cheryl Schneider.
