This campsite is permanently closed. We found out when we arrived late at night and had to scramble to find another spot.

"I’d definitely go back to Spanish Flat for the location, but the check-in experience was lacking. The young lady at the gate provided zero help with the site layout, leaving me to figure out a very confusing back-in on my own. Shout out to the ranger I spoke with later who actually took the time to show me how to utilize the space properly. The gate staff could definitely use some better training on the site specifics."

Nice campground on the water. The “quiet” hours are not respected on the weekends except ALL night loud music/ karaoke / generators
