Probably the worst campground we've stayed at during our three week trip in Alberta and BC. We spent our last night here due to the proximity to calgary. Sites are about 1 m from each other, so absolutely no privacy. Most campers looked like they stay here permanently. The highway is really close to the Campground, so cars could be heard and seen all times. Showering for 2 minutes costs 1 Dollar, although the price for one night was already the highest we payed the whole trip. The water temperature had no possibility to be changed and water was warm at best, not hot. The staff was really friendly but reception seemed to be understaffed, we had to wait about 20 mins to just check in. If you're looking for a Campground close to Calgary I'd recommend going elsewhere.

We had such a wonderful experience at Spring Hill RV Park! On August 29th, we arrived with our 33 ft trailer, thinking we had a site booked. To my dismay, I realized I had made an error and forgotten to book—on a long weekend, no less. I was so upset and stressed, as everywhere else was full. The staff immediately showed such kindness. They first offered us a power site outside the park for one night, with plans to move us into the park on Saturday. When we returned after discussing it, they surprised us by letting us know they had rearranged some bookings so we could be accommodated right away. I was beyond grateful for the effort they took to help us, especially on such a busy weekend. The park itself is beautiful, with a fantastic playground and lovely spots to relax. Their customer service truly went above and beyond, and I can’t thank them enough for turning what started as a stressful situation into such a positive experience. Highly recommend Spring Hill RV Park!

This is a fabulous RV Park, especially if you have bigger rigs! It's definitely not a resort but it has a great playground for kids. The pads and grounds are perfectly kept! The ground keepers keep everything immaculate. The laundry is super clean and they have several machines, so it helps with not having a laundry back log Also, they accept Amazon orders/packages, so for FT RVERS this place is great! Proximity to EVERYTHING is perfect! From shopping to airports, to national parks or tourist attractions is at your fingertips. It is off a highway that had its moments of noise, but nothing extreme. They have a little restaurant, liquor store, gas station with propane and a convenience store right on the premises. It's super safe and gated, so huge plus for anyone who is worried They also have a dog run on the property.

Been here twice to do some camp stuff for my kids in Calgary. The maintenance team here is exceptional. Grass is kept at a great length and the roads are kept nicely level. One person even came in on a holiday to squish down their garbage bins. Playground is perfect for all the 10 and u see kids. Only reason I don’t give 5 star is I wish it had a pool instead of the fish pond.

Pros: - level, flat sites - convenience store at office is a proper convenience store - 5 washers and 5 dryers in the laundry. Bring cash to get change from either office or convenience store. - nice playground, although our kids said it looked better than it was. Cons: - 133 volt electrical meant that our protection system wouldn't allow it into our trailer - water pressure was abysmal, even at 11am. Could not take a shower (even after removing our filter and anything else attached to hose... Never had this problem at a full hookup). Office staff couldn't do anything about it and the only option was the paid showers. - owner never around, and office staff have no authority to do anything without owner. - fire pits are at the back of the sites, which mean you are having fires right beside another trailer (often with no space for you to sit looking away from said trailer) - picnic tables are splinter fests. Had to dig out several splinters. - cost of electricity is suspect. On a 6 night stay, we used the microwave a handful of times and had to pay over 10 bucks for electricity. Everything else runs on solar. Crazy.

Came here to look around the park as we are going to be camping this summer. Beautiful RV Park! Very clean from what we can see. Young lady in the rv office this weekend is lovely and made it very easy for us to look around. Will be back.

Extremely pricey for the stall sizes. Customer service was good until they lost the great employee they had at the front desk. Never had any issues til she quit. Owner is a real treat to deal with. -40 degree weather while I was staying there temporarily between house possessions and he cancelled my gate access and fined me $50 because I didn’t have the allowed type of skirting to block the cold and wind that whips through the campground daily. Not very private - not friendly. Wouldn’t recommend. Won’t go back ever!

We store our trailer here, and camp here at least twice a season. We trust our trailer here. Easy access. Great owners. It’s great! The kids love the massive park!

Nice level lots long enough for our 65 ft. (Motor home and trailer. Very clean and the staff are incredibly accommodating, especially Kelly Anne- thank you! Great attractions and amenities close by. We were here for a few days then came back because it's a great location and has secured gates. Nice picnic tables and fire pits at every sight. As well as play ground for the kids. The only issue was the fence posts make turning tight but its doable. Love this place! We will be back.
