This campground was disappointing to me. its great you provide long term RV sites but there needs to better rules to ensure these sites are kept clean and less cluttered. Also, these long term residents should not be allowed to have pets that are kept outside 24/7 in small confined areas. I have been traveling full time for 5 years, visited many campgrounds in that timeframe, and this is the 1st campground on which I have written a negative review all due to your lack of concern for your 4 legged residents.

You can not book online. You must call. Late arrivals well managed. Alot of permanent residents but all kept up. Most of facilities are aging. Some items do not meet expectations (game room and gym). Laundry is $1.50 per load and not all washers/dryers work in the 2 laundry/bathhouses. No fire rings at sites and only scattered picnic tables. Road has alot of pot holes. Some leveling required. Game room pool table broken. Gym is a couple of pieces of equipment stuck in a corner. Mostly quiet with some road noise. There are several ponds so lots of mosquitos. Most temp sites not shaded. Grills at each site. Minigolf and shuffle board not useable. The back dump station is not useable after rain due to run off of dirt/gravel covering access cap. We must have missed the campfire snd cookouts on the weekends due to past season. Full hookups with spacious sites at very reasonable prices. Staff very friendly. The bathrooms are immaculately clean and the water is HOT! Separate area for tents and popups

RV park with a mixture of short and long term residents. Have a large class A RV. Parking was easy with large pull through spots. Plan to stay here for a couple of weeks. Facility is nice and quiet. Staff is very nice and helpful. Arrived very late our first night, the staff drew up a map with clear instructions on how to get to our site.

Called to reserve a spot and lady that answered the phone was very rude. Our friends had reserved a spot and so we called to see if there were any spots available. She informed me that its a holiday weekend and the were pretty full. I told her I knew it was a holiday weekend which is why I was calling to see if they had any spots available and prefer to be close to our friends. She told me we would have to pay for 3 nights which would not have been a problem and then was told there were no spots available. So we decided it was close enough we would just drive out both days and hangout with our friends because of all the events they advertised were going to be going on. There were 3 spots available all weekend near our friends the whole weekend, they did not have the picnic or patio games they advertised, the duck races were a joke, the "live" music was a Bluetooth speaker by the pool, they wouldn't take cash from non campers for ice cream, pool was nasty, didn't have the smores campfire they promised, bathrooms were disgusting but they did allow fireworks in one area. We went to light fireworks and there was no one monitoring to make sure everyone was being safe and 2 people got hit with fireworks, and several fires as no trash barrels or water source was provided. And the piece de resistance were all the people smoking weed and having our kids, family, friends, and dogs constantly smelling it. For being almost 20 dollars more per night than any campground around they are definitely not worth it. Will not be going back ever again.

Great place to Camp with or without kids! Lots to do without leaving the campgrounds. Staff was friendly but check in process was a little confusing first time around. Facilities were very clean! And maintained. Love the pool and the ice cream in the evening. Walking trail was very fun

No longer on Coast to Coast. And at $45/night I wouldn't book unless I booked a full month at only $400. Doesn't make sense, but it is close to a few smaller towns and there is a few ponds on site although they are in desperate need of cleaning.

Tented here on our way through. Nice place. Slept very well. Restroom was clean.

Change the prices when you arrive. Wi-fi not good uneven grass-rock pads. Electrical boxes lids missing. Park needs some work.

We were alittle disappointed with the appearance, you drive in and see trashy rvs that live there, the playground needed trimmed up, the swimming pool had grass growing in the pool area. If you are going to camp there ask to be by the pool, only place that looked nice.

We ( family of 6) stayed the two night minimum at the standard cabins. They were in poor condition. We have stayed at state park cabins that were much nicer for about the same price. The Capet was nasty and one sink didnāt drain. It came with beds for 6. It had a shower and kitchen with pots and pans etc. the good, was the pool was clean and good sized. It had a weekend kitchen that serves food. It was good priced. We meet nice people who are staying here but I donāt think we will come back soon.

Our family had a great time! Lots of activities for the kiddos. All the little stump statues, gnome village, and walking bridges make for a great touch. Very well kept!!

We enjoyed this campground. Spacious sites. Several ponds for all to enjoy. Plenty of amenities. Not overpriced. Quiet. Helpful staff. Caution: The pool is COLD even in the middle of the summer. We would definitely return here:)

Stayed at Spring Lake last night after our plans to stay at Lake Afton got changed by the Blue Bremen Algae bloom. So pleasantly surprised! Beautiful little campground! Kids had fun at the pool and our campsite was right next to the fishing pond. No complaints whatsoever! We will be back!
