The cabin is very outdated via cost. No easy access to river to just swim and play. Train is directly behind the bedrooms that is in use constantly. Also they say no animals yet somehow a dog just hangs around. However the staff was very courteous ...

I've found the place i feel in love work back in my teens. It's a part of spring river. I am super impressed but they are a little bit pricey. I highly recommend bringing your own kayaks, canoe, tubes and floats, etc... it's just cheaper but they still have to put you in and out and they charge fees(AS STEEP AS POSSIBLE TO DO SO).... BUT we are having a great time around great people love the water and the rocks and I especially love my daughter and my Logan. We're doing 👍 with it all... and the trucks broke down were stranded... and we are broke. But God's got to come through.... He always does come through.

The cabin was really nice and roomy. The quiet time says 10 pm but at 910 pm they sent 3 security guards out to tell us to turn the music down. The road to the camping and cabins is awful. It definitely needs to be repaved. The floating part was horrible. It was completely unorganized. People cut in front of us multiple times to get on the bus. It was so ridiculous. It took over an hour for us to get on the shuttle bus. The only staff for the floating was the person driving the bus. I definitely will not be going back.

I’m pretty late posting this and I know my sister has already posted but I wanted to share my experience to make sure their 4.2 star rating goes down even more. This is going to be a long one… if you want to have fun, do not go here. These people hate fun and don’t follow their own rules. Had been going to this place for almost 26 years of my life at the time. My family had been going for well over 30 years. Quiet time is 10pm according to their signs. I was just sitting at my camper with 5 other friends, a small Bluetooth speaker sitting at our table listening to music less than half volume at 7:30pm. The staff came down telling me to turn the music down, so I did no big deal. Just a little while later, they stated they could still hear my tiny speaker up at the check in office so they told me I couldn’t play music at all now. Keep in mind, this camp is right along the RR tracks. That night my parents and grandparents caught one of the staff hiding from in the bushes taking pictures of our group. As you could imagine we were furious. The staff also drove by our campsite more times than I can count in their old brown van constantly monitoring us. About that time, they have someone down telling us they’ve called the cops for being too loud and we will need to leave. Keep in mind we’ve been drinking. Wouldn’t be very smart to leave huh. So we leave the next day and get a call a little while later we’re never allowed back. They banned our entire group that day, even the ones that weren’t even awake or were just in their campers minding their own business. 100% do not recommend this place. I don’t know what happened or changed but this place has gone downhill fast. If you want to come down and camp here, make sure you don’t have a speaker or radio on and don’t talk too loud and don’t have fun or you’ll be banned for life. For the die hard Christians that they are, they sure weren’t very Christian to us.

Stayed at this campground for 2 nights. We were put in campsite #31. The site itself was in a great location on the water where the kids could get right in and out at. Wasn't in a deep spot either. However the campsite was very very muddy and alot of sharp huge rocks. There wasn't any option to where to position our tents. The very big issue was how far away the bathrooms are. We had to drive every time any of us needed to use bathroom. Also the bathrooms do NOT provide any warm water at all and you are taking a freezing cold shower the whole time. The showers, toilets, and sink are all in the same room with no dry place to put your clean dry clothes and towel or to even get dressed in your dry clothes because the floor is completely soaked from the showers. It was also very expensive for 2 nights of tent camping. I paid $145 for 4 adults .
