This is a great little long term rental campground. The price is very affordable. It’s very close to anything you want to do in Cookeville. Other reviews have mentioned dogs. I have three little dogs and it’s not been an issue. Anyone saying it is might have too large a dog for the insurance to allow. It’s a very quiet park. Very pretty with trees and some spots with lots of shade. This park does not have onsite showers or laundry. Rick and Ron have been nothing but nice to work with. I would recommend it for anyone who is coming to work on a contractual basis, such as myself, or someone wanting to live the area in a camper. If you are just a weekend warrior this isn’t the place for you.

Moved to Cookeville and came across this place. Lived there 2 months and we got an eviction notice because supposedly "the neighbors" were afraid of my dog. Only problem with that is, my dog was NEVER around any of the neighbors. Tried to speak to the owner Rick about it and he completely and very unprofessionally ghosted me. Refused to call me back or answer my texts. Neighbors love to be all up in your business too. The care taker man, Mr. Ron is about the only nice thing in that park but beware, evidently if someone doesn't like you, you're getting evicted for non-valid reasons. End of story.

Not yet spent ant time here. Looks well kept. Plan on staying here for a few months. Hopefully it will be nice.

I'm a travel nurse and I've stayed at Spring Valley twice. It's very clean and located right in Cookeville. Most of the people staying there seem to be professionals or retired. Very safe park and professionally managed.

Fairly quiet and peaceful. Close to everything. Lot rent jumping from $400 to $500 at the first of the year. Largest rent increase I have ever experienced in my 60 years. Does include electricity, water and sewage, but unless you use a large amount of electricity and water, you are actually helping to pay for other people in the park. I work Mon thru Friday, have one A/ C that I an frugal using, no washer/dryer, and really quite saving, and don't like taking advantage of others or Visa versa. No amenities.
