We are traveling cross country in our RV. We needed a place to park and plug for the night. The customer service on the phone was super friendly and organized. I paid over the phone and they left my map and receipt taped to the door. The sites are all pull through and it’s very easy to set up quick. We stayed in the overnight area, there is long term sites that are attractive with more space. It’s only 1 mile off I-20 and for $38 I would def stay again.

The lots are nicely priced but are small, especially for motor coaches. It was impossible to extend a canopy.

The place is a dump. Only stayed one night. Nobody there to help. It is self check in. I put my credit card on the envelope provided as instructed. Minutes later a lady appeared at my door and wanted to see my credit card. We used the pool and were asked to leave as it closed at 4:30. The staff was rude, it's a place you want to avoid.

Nice park, small and a little tight for maneuvering a 40ft 5th wheel. Sheila in the office was very friendly and helpful. A little highway noise and traffic noise from the neighborhood behind the park, but all in all it was quiet. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area again.

We absolutely loved it here. Yes, you can hear the highway, but otherwise it’s quiet. We enjoy the white noise. It’s an enclave of mobile homes and RVs. The women’s bathroom was immaculate. Laundry was clean and reasonable at $2.50. We ended up needing an extra day and they were instantly accommodating. Nice grassy area for the doggo too. Anything you need is within 5 miles of the site and at the entrance, there’s a mini mall on one side and an animal hospital on the other. Yes, it is an older park, but it’s well maintained and very safe. It’s a family neighborhood setting and everyone is super friendly here. The sites are huge with berry bushes every 2 spaces. Our cats loved the bird watching. Would stay again.

It's truly a wonderful place to be. The neighbors are incredibly friendly! They always call me cool Spanish nicknames like Perrito and Gordo. The parking is a mess, everyone parks all over the roads and blocks up everything. The free range petting zoo is a nice touch as well. Really is a great place to stay when your ex-wife Lorinda kicks you out and takes the house and kids!

Very nice and well maintained. I stayed for a couple months. Ms Sheila was very nice and accommodating. Very convenient to everything in Clinton. The rates were very affordable. Veteran friendly and a Good Sam rv park.

We were very disappointed with this park. It is actually a mobile home park which appears to be good. The RV area looks like an old drive-in and the asphalt is crumbling. The hookups for two sites are shared space. The spaces are narrow. We had great difficulty parking where we could extend our slide. There wasn't space to exit our camper safely. There was no room for vehicle parking. The bathrooms appeared clean but there were dirty rings in the toilet and neglect was obvious. We would not consider staying here again.

No one around. They returned call 2 days later. No level sites. Honor system? No cash. Someone needs to be there.
