Love it here, it's nice not having to use the outhouse that smells like poo. The washrooms are okay, could be updated but it's far better than an out house. Love the water temp but going up to the lake is muddy and gross. Had loud neighbors but we aren't 60 so didn't mind. It's cheap, close to home and the dispensary next door is great when you're California sober. Love it and they made a lot of money on us over one night lol.

All in all. You get showers and a bathroom. If you're looking for glamping. This is not the place. This place is what campgrounds used to be. I'll be coming here again. Beautiful view. Don't listen to the people who say you can't boat here. The boat launch is fine. Stay in the center.

We were really disappointed with this campsite. It has such a beautiful view but I noticed as soon as we drove in that the large dumpster for the campground was overflowing with trash. Then as soon as we picked a spot, I also noticed there was also an overflowing garbage for each camp spot. We decided to go to bed early anyway, as we were tired from our trip. I was woken up 1 hour later because something was digging through our trash. I immediately thought it was a bear & was too terrified to sleep. We lost out on the cash camp fee we paid because nobody was there to ask for it & decided it was too inconvenient to come back to try & get it. They should take better care to not have garbage everywhere for the animals to disturb. I will not be staying here ever again. Very disappointed

Great campground with water front. A lot of trees and shades. No site space limited so people kinda nicely sharing space with others. Easy drive and park. Flat surface so it's really nice for using tent. 4* because quite time is 11PM but no security asking people for quite while they played crazy loud music and yelled until 2AM. Also the washroom wasn't cleaned regularly. I only saw a woman came to clean it around 3PM. After that the washroom went crazy with po** and pe* everywhere. Definitely will be back but hope they can improve their washroom cleaning service and remind visitors about quite time.

An excellent oceanside camp spot that wasn't too busy, some hook up sites and more dry camping sites. A cute little creek bed and old growth trees. Very friendly staff! Good deal on firewood across the road. A locally run dispensary on site as well worth checking out. Hot showers in washroom a bonus.
