This is a beautiful, expensive campground. I would have loved it but for our site. The lower priced (?) back in sites are short and tight. And they back up to a strip mall and some billboards that stay lighted all night. If you are willing to spend more, the pull through sites are quite nice. There are two laundry rooms and two sets of showers/restrooms. The laundry was clean and had the great big dryers that get everything nicely dry. There is a catch and release pond complete with paddle boats, and a pool. The office has a good store. The location is great, a short drive or bike ride to the beach. The staff is very helpful and friendly and hard-working! The campground and facilities are very well maintained. In spite of our site, I did enjoy my stay here.

We stayed 8 days at St. Augustine Beach KOA. Site 78. Very nice campground. Very well kept along w some of the most amazing camp hosts. Bathrooms are cleaner than a few AirBNB homes Ive stayed in. 1 mile from the beach. Highly recommend. Only and I mean ONLY downfall is traffic noise from A1A. But it would definitely not keep us from coming back. Look forward to booking in the future.

We camped here because we couldn’t get into Anastasia state park. It was a 2 1/2 mile bike ride down a busy highway to get to the beach. There’s a locals shortcut back in the campground which takes 1 1/2 miles off. I was excited to stay here because of the pool but it was very cold when I tested the water out. No swimming for me in that cold pool. The sites are tight but it was quiet at night. We didn’t take the trolly. It’s $40 ppl. We drove to fountain of youth. Free easy parking. Good attraction. The fort is small but parking there wasn’t bad either. Side of the rd for $3. The desk staff here is friendly. The others are indifferent.

Listen, we were tent camping at this KOA. ITS Mainly for RVs. It is really close to the beach, so that is good. It is impacted on all sides by business and homes. At night there is a fair amount of noise pollution. The bath houses were clean, neat and updated. We live 20 minutes away and was testing g new camp gear. All other sites were booked because of events like the players tournament. Points off for the city location. Otherwise great people and no issues. Recommend with reservation concerning noise.

Thank you so much for a great stay. Our cabin was fantastic and clean. Much more than we expected. Had a wonderful stay and all of the staff we encountered could not have been more polite and helpful. Park was clean! Staff was great! Cabin was perfect! Planning next trip back and will pass on to all of our friends.

We stayed in a tent for five nights. The campground was well maintained and the bathrooms were cleaned twice daily. There were no stalls but individual bathrooms which offered a tons of privacy. Great location. Close to the beach and the city. There were stores, restaurants and gas stations nearby. The neighborhood and the campground were both very quiet. We will definitely go again in the future.

This is the second time I stayed there. The staff is very friendly. The campground and bathhouses are clean and well maintained. The other nice thing is its quiet at night. Next time I'm there, I'm going to try to get a cabin with the deck over the pond

We weren’t expecting a deep-woods camping experience, knowing that we were in the city but went ahead and booked it because the reviews were great and it was convenient getting to Old St. Augustine. I don’t know where these reviews are coming from. I only gave those two stars because the staff are super friendly, refunded us our money and the bathrooms are well kept. The campsite was so small that we kept tripping over our tent ties on the side closest to our table (left in the picture) and our neighbors tripped on the ties that touched their table (right in the picture). We were backed up right to a business that had a loud repetitive banging noise all night. We didn’t sleep a wink and left after one night. Not ideal for tent camping, especially for such a high price (about $75 per night after charge for each kid and taxes).

The lake that runs through was very nice and had lots of ibis and ducks that were fun to watch. However, the check in was a nightmare. They have 2 drives that you pull in immediately off the street. They were both full. So part of our rig was in the drive and our tow vehicle sticking out in the street. The comment that was made when I said I was afraid someone would hit our car was, the road is 25 mph so no one would hit it. 🤷♀️ I guess all people obey speed limits then. The sites were too close for my liking. I thought the park was overpriced for the site.

Very well maintained cabins in a quiet and peaceful camp ground. I appreciated the spacing of the cabins. It felt more private. Customer service at this location is on point and the staff are super friendly. Don't hesitate to ask them for anything you need. 10/10 recommend.
